From the moment we contacted them through their website, they were professional, prompt, and friendly.We invited them for our annual Black Student Social which is a fall semester welcome program. The staff were kind and worked quickly to serve over 200 students. Our students were happy with their tacos and burritos. The owner was very accommodating and met all of our needs.Administratively, I was very impressed with Bro-Ritos. We made A LOT of requests and changes and had to work through the nuances of getting a new vendor approved, but Bro-Ritos was always responsive and on top of it. “I’ve been coming to this small business for about 3/4 years now and although it’s just a taco truck I know enough that all I have to do is pick up my order and eat it at my house or enjoy it with my partner at the nearby park. I’m not gonna make a review about the “environment” of a taco truck and make them feel obligated to my seating needs for that I’ll just to a RESTAURANT it’s a perfect grab and go. The staff is very friendly and hard working people, for as busy as they get their customer service is consistently great. I want to mention how hard it is to find authentic AL PASTOR TACOS that are supposed to be made like how they make it here. The tortilla is always fresh, the meat is seasoned perfectly and you can tell by the color on the meat and the salsa verde is also perfect if you are into spicy fresh homemade salsa just the right texture not watery like others that I’ve had around the area.“

The person who served us was very friendly, the place was clean, there were two tables under a tent where we could eat.
The wait time was short considering that there were several people who had already ordered before us.
Very good size of the taquitos and mulitas in relation to their cost.
