The manager Kelly went out of her way to find my son one of Marvel heroes he did not already have. This was the second time in a week she had done this for us, and it made his night. But they did their thing and they definitely made up for it... that was one of the best burgers I've ever had! “The Love. was simply incredible! We came here with our 6 year old son. Our waiter was fabulous and very accommodating to our 6 year old which you don’t always find in Rittenhouse. The atmosphere was light and airy and the food was great! Make sure to try their Dubai Chocolate Sundae and if you’re going with children they do have special kids cups and will accommodate the menu for them.“

“Ok so I’ve been twice the first time I went I wasn’t too sure if I liked the double smash burger so I went back and I can say I now know why! This time I got the double heat smash burger. The smash patty itself was very bland, no seasoning not even salt and pepper, the house sauce which goes on the burger isn’t spread nor sweet enough you can hardly taste the relish, and the heat sauce was mid it literally had no flavor just spice. The fries and the milkshake are pretty good tho as well as the customer service!“

“Our waitress took our order, we ordered 2 22 Oz Bud Lights and burgers. They had to change out the kegs so we actually got our food before the beers. Our waitress apologized for the wait so many times. She was so sweet. Not her fault. She was very pleasant and accommodating. Our burgers were great as always. Shit happens. I hope she is shown this. “Friendly and professional staff, answered all my questions politely. My cheesesteak was everything I hoped for and more. Steak was tender, perfect amount of cheese, bread was firm outside (but didn’t hurt my mouth after every bite) and soft inside, and it came out HOT. Hopefully ownership can get a bigger place one day and have a bigger restroom (dare I say two restrooms?).

Most impressive part is that I came on a Monday, so I was fearful I wouldn’t get quality service and food. This place lives up to the hype! Highly recommend!“

“Huge fan, I’ve never had a bad sandwich at Johnny Hot’s, until today 8/30/24. I was supposed to have just pork roll on a steak roll with spicy mustard, no egg and no cheese. The pork roll is usually cut very thin with a nice braise on it. It had egg & cheese on it. The egg & cheese were warm the meat was cool, no grill color to it. By the time I took the egg & cheese off there was hardly any pork roll, very disappointed. It was “no change” Friday, so I gave my apprentice 15 dollars for a sandwich I couldn’t even eat.“

The price is a little on the higher side especially if you're trying to get a quick bite/save money but it was really good! The wait was not long and the place has good seats. Went there with friends and would recommend especially if you're a student in the area.“

“I literally just came down to get some groceries from Asian Fresh and afterwards I saw this cute place. I decided to go in and get the spicy chicken sandwich meal with 2 spicy wing dings and a soda. “I’m from out of state and visiting my sister in New Jersey. She lives close to Basilico and had been recommending for my family and I to try it. This is one of the friendliest and most delicious places I have ever dined at. The service is amazing, extremely friendly staff. My kids hardly eat out and they devoured everything (they loved the milkshakes)! Even my husband couldn’t stop his compliments! If you’re visiting with your family I definitely recommend the family special with the large pizza and wings. Honestly, we had a lot more food items so I encourage you to try it all!“

“Kia was our service and when i tell you she is the bomb.com. She made my family feel like we was the only ones she was attending too. She had 4 other tables, but she made all the tables feel like we was top priority. She’s very amazing with children and you can tell she really loves her job. The manger Steven (i think that was his name) came and checked on the table and let us know Kia is definitely one of the best. I’ll be back for sure on Kia shift.
