“I had such a wonderful experience at Fusionosta! The food was absolutely amazing, full of authentic flavor and beautifully presented. Every dish tasted fresh and delicious. The service was excellent as well. Disved took such great care of us, making sure we had everything we needed with a warm and friendly attitude. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an authentic and memorable meal!“

“From the moment you walk in, they are handing you samples of soup to open your palate and stomach. Everything is flavorful and the portions are excellent for the price. Place is clean and the environment is very chill and kid friendly. My waiter Juan was friendly and attentive without being overbearing. I enjoyed it from the moment o walked in until I left. “Excellent Peruvian food! ???They don't take online orders you must call but the service is very prompt and courteous. Seco de Res & Chaufa de Pato are top tier . The owner and chef lady in the back do an AMAZING job. This is a place to def return 10/10. If you are lost then just get the mixed fried rice, rotiserrie chicken, Jalea,
Huancaina papa, Seco de res o pollo, ceviche duh ! .. these are sure hit the spot n then some“

“small ramen with big flavors. I enjoyed everything from the chill atmosphere to amazing food. the blend of Peruvian cuisine with traditional Japanese dishes is a match made in foodie heaven. I had the double fried wings and sloppy joe bao bun for a starter and each dish was better than the last. the wings were super crispy yet tender inside and the sloppy joe bao buns were a trip down memory lane. the sloppy brought me back to my childhood eating at a friend's house. for my ramen I had the tonkatu. their pork broth was hearty and tasteful and reminded me of my first bowl of real ramen. I highly recommend going there and finding out on your own...“

“Omg! We used to come here when it was Imocha... so when they changed, we thought we'd try Peruvian food. So glad we did! Had the Leche de Tigre ( ceviche in a cup)... absolutely delicious!! Then ordered Chaufa Especial ( rice with steak, chicken and shrimp) .... very very good especially with the spicy green sauce they supply.... definitely will be back!!“

“It is literally a hole in the wall, and very reminiscent of a convenience store in Peru, it’s a small place but was very well stocked with Peruvian items! The lady that attended to us was so nice, and the Picarones were delicious! I will def come back.“

“This beautiful small cozy Peruvian restaurant has Real Authentic Peruvian dishes that you cannot replicate anywhere else. The owners were super cordial and kind. Excellent conversation starters while respecting your space while eating. The food was phenomenal and the portions are super reasonable and enough to fill even 2 people. “The restaurant has wonderful specials that come with entree, side, and a can of soda. There sides are not the average fries or rice but more exquisite like papa la huancaina and different types of sauces from green, the usual yellow, and orange.their lunch prices with all that was mentioned is only $15 which is an amazing price. The food was delicious and the helpful man that worked there offers their customers daily specials sent to you. Great customer service. The only downfall is looking for parking. Also if you don’t speak Spanish make sure you make use of a translation app.“

“It’s difficult to find a Peruvian restaurant that makes aji de gallina let alone one that’s actually GOOD. This has to be the best aji de gallina I’ve ever had here in the states, of course nothing can beat having it in Peru. The owner remembered my dad and that I was with him our first time coming to this restaurant. She even remembered exactly what I ordered! “
