“Tried the USR location this morning as it's located around the corner from my office. Front staff was friendly, attentive, and helpful with assisting me to navigate options as a first time visitor. There was no line and I quickly received my to-go order. The ham, egg, and cheese croissant was delicious- fluffy and flaky, not at all greasy, and the perfect cheese pull. Can't wait to return to try desserts and coffee!“

“The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I ordered one of each of the tres leches and cuatro leches, as well as one of each flan. I also ordered the Dominican (pineapple) cake. Unfortunately, they did not have the dulce de leche Dominican cake.

Overall, I enjoyed all three Tres Leches cakes. However, I would rank the guava and strawberry varieties as my least favorites. The guava cake was sweet but lacked a distinct guava flavor. The strawberry cake tasted similar of Nestle Quik and was overly sweet.

The cuatro leches was good. It includes an additional layer of dulce de leche on top, which some may find too sweet.

The flan was average. It was a bit too thick and lacked sufficient syrup. Surprisingly, my favorite was the chocolate flan, despite not being particularly fond of chocolate.

The Dominican pineapple cake was quite disappointing. It was excessively dry and hard, lacking flavor aside from a faint hint of vanilla. I attempted to moisten it with the remaining tres leches milk, but it remained dry enough that I found myself needing a glass of milk.

“First time visiting a Paris Baguette location and we were very satisfied! The girls in the front end were very friendly and quick. We got two cake slices for my dad's birthday and loved that there were so many options. I also tried the Korean iced coffee and it was good. A little sweeter than I'd like but it was fine. I'd definitely visit this location again.“

“The food and desserts are the main reason to come here. Cleanliness is good and the selection is solid depending on the day. Customer service, especially at the counter, feels minimal and somewhat inattentive. If you’re focused on grabbing food and heading out, it’s fine, but it’s not a place I’d choose for the experience or hospitality.“

“I go to this location at Montvale, NJ regularly. I always and consistently have a great experience because of their staff. Joanna is absolutely the kindest person. She is attentive and beyond helpful! As I walk in the door she already ringing me up and preparing my order. She tells me about promos going on at the location and also suggested items to try. I will always go back if not for the great coffee but for her above and beyond service!“

“Appreciation post😃 Since 4 days my freshly turned teenage daughter has been saying one thing when I ask her what you want to do on New Year’s Eve …” I want to have kudos bubble tea as the last thing I drink in 2022”. It’s been a tough few months for her and i wanted to make sure she gets her wish. So yesterday morning I called kudos. Asked when they will close for the day. They said 10pm. We scheduled all our plans in such a way that at 9pm we go and get the much anticipated bubble tea. At 9 my husband, son and daughter headed out to kudos… only to find that they have closed at 7 for a private event. This is my back story. On the other side of the story… which probably has its own back story… Cherie the owner had shut the bakery as her daughter wanted to celebrate with her friends and family. As a mother myself I can totally understand that. When she saw my family she informed them that they are closed. But when she heard we had called in morning and saw my daughters dejected face… she opened her doors. Made a quick bubble tea and even gave some extra cookies as a New Years treat. My kids came back so happy saying “mommy it was a holiday miracle!” Thank you Kudo Society Cafe. For providing us one last 2022 miracle. Thank you Cherie for understanding. We have been Kudos patrons since it was at palisades park but now we are die hard advocating neighbors of yours. Ps: pic of the cookie treat. My son ate the red velvet on way home.“

“Best bakery in the area, the cakes are all delicious; I’d definitely recommend the Raspberry and the Red Velvet!! Every time going in, the girls are very friendly and make the place feel very welcoming, especially the one super bubbly one, I think her name is Liz. Overall, whenever I need a cake for a birthday, or I’m just craving a slice, this is definitely my go-to place!“

“I’ve been here 4 times and this week I tried the coconut cream croissant which is so good and not glazed! Usually I find that bakery items here are too sweet due to them being glazed additionally from sweetened flavors like chocolate or strawberries and cream (I get coffee here) but this is just a flaky croissant with perfect sweetness coconut cream filling and toasted coconut flakes on top.“

“I love the Paris Baguette chain. I was very excited to run into this location while doing errands. I went in the early morning when all the pastries were still coming out. I was lucky to be treated to such fresh croissants and my regular favorites. This location is special. Their desserts are perfectly sweet! Other chains usually have very sweet custards and iced teas, but this location has their recipe mastered. The mochi donuts were so chewy! The creams and custards were not too sweet which pairs perfectly with their soft breads, flakey croissants, and chewy donuts! The staff were very friendly and packed everything in a careful and neat manner. I can’t wait to treat myself to Hackensack Paris Baguette again!“
