“Had reservations for 2 at 6:00 pm. We were seated right away, our waitress Avery was very friendly and attended to our needs. Our drinks and water came out right away. We had the fried zucchini as an appetizer and it was delicious. Both our entrees were delicious, I ordered the special of asparagus wrapped in prosciutto and feta cheese with shrimp in a white tomatoe sauce and my husband had shrimp fradiavlo over linguini. Over all the evening was delightful. We have been here several times and would come back again.“

They lady grabbed his front bicuspid. Needless to say - at that point we were concerned. Because we had a long day we were still hungry. So we stuck around. The next thing you know. The toothless individual brought another toothless friend and tried to get my tooth as well. At that point. We know. Time to get out of here. We were cooked. Unlike the food at this gross place.“

“Enzo , his wife, Anna and their sister-in-law are the nicest people you would want to meet along with some really delicious pizzas. The pizza, as my cousin from South Carolina would say "is blazin' cuz" with a crispy thin crust, a delicious homemade sauce along with generous toppings. With each bite, you can taste every ingredient in and on the pizza. Nothing gets left on the plate with the crust being just as good. Also, try their meatball sandwiches which will surely fill you up and have you coming back week after week. Nothing says "New Jersey" like "Bella Napoli"! Try getting a taste of that in other states. HA!“

We are traditional Italian cooks by heritage, and we could not get over the incredible meatballs! They made the chicken piccata with just the right amount of lemon and capers. The last course was an assortment of Italian mini desserts that were scooped up in a matter of minutes!! The only complaint we had was the chef would not part with the meatball recipe. “I have been a customer for over a decade. Maybe even two. Unpretentious place with outstanding food. They sneak in some great individual twists on various dishes while serving the usual hits.
I mostly get take out but have eaten in as well with great enjoyment.

“The best pizza place local to me. When you walk in it smells of as a traditional Italian grandmas kitchen. My boyfriend was craving pizza so I brought him here. He got the meatball pie. The face he made after eating the first bite was him falling in love with me all over again ?. This place also has amazing gluten free and vegetarian options. I recommend this place to all my friends. Tight indoor dining but they have a cute patio outback that’s much more spacious. I personally always do take out.

Trying to do this as a surprise for my family, I was calling from Colorado not knowing true reputations. I not only found good Italian, I found fantastic and authentic! Sal's genuine care for my phone order was beyond words. I ordered trays of eggplant rollatini, chicken parmesan, lasagna, fresh vegetables and garlic knots which was fresh, hot and delivered on time. Can't say THANK YOU enough for helping me feel present with my family when I couldn't actually be present. “OMG. I tried Phil’s MULTIPLE times over the years and was so disappointed. My BF stopped on Thursday and brought me the most AMAZING PUPUSAS 🤤. And MAGICAL PLANTAIN EMPANADAS.
