“First visit and we loved everything! Best bolognaise I've ever had; meatballs and spaghetti with meat sauce so good. May daughter had the artichoke app with foccacia bread on the side. She said it was fabulous...almost licked the plate.
My picky granddaughter w gave a thumbs up to the penne vodka and we all loved the bread. Service was excellent with Madeline being so helpful and kind. A great experiences. We will be back!“

“Just had my daughter’s 8th birthday at Carlo’s Gourmet Pizzeria and it was such a hit! Not only was the food delicious, the room was beautiful! Matt was absolutely wonderful to work with and very accommodating when I wanted to bring in another vendor to keep the girls entertained in addition to the pizza making. Matt was well prepared to teach the girls how to make their own pizzas from scratch and able to keep them engaged the whole time! He was on top of every detail making sure everyone had whatever they needed. On our way out my daughter said it was the best birthday she ever had! I’m not one to usually write reviews but I couldn’t go without acknowledging what a great local business to support! Thanks again!“

“Owner should learn how to treat customers We were a party of four and we arrived on time for a 7:45 reservation. When we arrived there were many people waiting to be seated. We were told that the wait would only be 10 - 15 minutes. Fifteen minutes later we were told that the wait would be an additional 10 - 15 minutes. A half hour later my wife was told that the wait would only be another 10 - 15 minutes. After 45 minutes I requested to speak with the owner and I was told that I was speaking with the owner (at that point there was only one other group waiting to be seated). They informed me that a group of six with an 8:00 reservation was just seated. I said that it was not fair to make us wait 45 minutes since we did have a reservation and the people with a later reservation were just seated. I said that I may have something to say about it after the meal. The reply was "if you have something to say, say it now"! I replied that I would reserve my thoughts until after the meal. How insulting, imagine waiting over 45 minutes and then being told if I had anything to say I shouldn't wait till after my dinner, that I should say it now. I replied that I would wait till after the meal before I had any additional comments. With that we were refused service and we were told to leave. I am a 75 year old retired veteran and in my life I was never treated in this manner. When we grew up we had more respect for others. This is not how customers should be treated.“

“Our favorite date night spot!! From the moment you enter- elegant atmosphere, warm faces and nice music set the tone for a wonderful night. Anthony the owner makes you feel like you’re the only diners there- making sure you’re enjoying yourself, getting your food in a timely manner and making it special. He is such a kind generous man. The servers Faith, Carson, and JoJo are absolutely incredible- they are knowledgeable about the food, friendly, and their work ethic is incredible for such young people. They truly made our night special! The food is the star- best rice balls we’ve ever had!! We have been dreaming of them ever since! The homemade burrata, meatballs and eggplant were also just amazing. We had the homemade gnocchi and chicken scarpiello- again the best we’ve ever had We are locals and try to get here as often as we can for date night- and we are always so amazed how it continues to be just 5 star every time. “We frequently order from RIA, and the food is always delicious and service always without issues. I think I've written a review for them before but wanted to write another because of a new experience. I have an teenager with autism who accompanied me to RIA to pick up our dinner order. We're working on social interactions that happen in public in everyday tasks (such as checking out at a grocery store or, in this case, picking up an order from a restaurant), so after discussing how the interaction could go before we entered, I encouraged my son to take over the responsibility of speaking up to state he was picking up an order. Well, he stumbled through it, either not answering when he was spoken to or not speaking loudly enough for his answer to be heard. Once he finally made it through getting it across that he was picking up an order, the owner (at least, I'm pretty sure he's the owner!) took a few seconds to explain to my son how the process usually goes as a customer coming in to pick up an order. Did he recognize my son was special needs and that he was struggling with something most people his age have no problem with? Maybe not. But even so he remained friendly & patient despite doing multiple things at once, with other customers in line, while waiting for my son to answer his questions and was kind enough to give him a pointer on the interaction and in my eyes that is wonderful. So thanks Romeos Italian American for not only having great food and service always but for showing some grace to a young man working on learning how to navigate the world.“

The salad, pizza, and appetizers were delicious—all of our guests kept complimenting the food. Jackie truly took care of everything from start to finish, which made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. The space was also beautifully decorated for Christmas, adding such a cozy and festive touch to the celebration. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate such a special milestone. “I called to ask if they delivered to my town, although their flyer was in my mailbox..they don't but they did recommend GrubHub and it arrived hot. The person one the phone was very polite and helpful.
My husband really wanted to try the lasagna pizza. He is from Queens so he knows his pizza and rarely like NJ pizza. Well today, he raved about this pizza! He was really happy! I tried the Monty and it was delicious! The sesame seed crust was so tasty.

“Thank you for hosting an amazing After Pass for my family and friends! The tables were set up beautifully as we arrived. The food came out in courses, hot and fresh. We are traditional Italian cooks by heritage, and we could not get over the incredible meatballs! They made the chicken piccata with just the right amount of lemon and capers. The last course was an assortment of Italian mini desserts that were scooped up in a matter of minutes!! The only complaint we had was the chef would not part with the meatball recipe. “We had a fantastic experience at Olive Garden! From the moment our server, Najhir, came up to our table with a big smile, he made us feel welcome. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always made sure we had everything we needed. His positive attitude and excellent service made our visit even more enjoyable.

The atmosphere was great as well—comfortable, welcoming, and perfect for enjoying a meal with family and friends. The food was outstanding. I ordered pasta with grilled chicken, and the chicken was so juicy and flavorful. Everything was cooked perfectly, and the meal exceeded my expectations.
