“The food is good but its not mexican. I believe they are peruvian but its 100% not mexin. Was disappointed they posed as mexican. #1 they dont give you tortillas with the food which a mexican would. #2 salsas are not Mexican. #3 plain rice and pinto beans are not Mexican.“

“Tried New Brunswick location today for the first time after hearing raving reviews from my co-workers. I am very impressed! I got a burrito box w/ chorizo and added guac, Brussels sprouts & chipotle aioli. Oh my goodness. Delicious! Those brussels were way tasty. Then a bag of chips too. The chips had a hint of lime and lightly salted, so good. Better than chipotles. The bowl was huge; couldn’t finish which made for a great dinner. Can’t wait to come back and keep trying different meats!!“

“Got this place confused with My Family Restaurant when placing the order online for pick up. Upon realizing what had occurred we drove here and our order was still waiting for pick up; surprisingly still warm enough to eat. All of us enjoyed our meals (chicken burrito, steak tacos, al pastor torta and cheese quesadilla. Everything was delish.“

“I ate at the Monroe store today. I had never been at a Buubakoos before and did not know what to expect. I had the pork burrito and it was off the hook. The place was spotless and the service was spot on. The manager came over and introduced himself as John and asked if everything was satisfactory, and it was more than satisfactory. You would think John was the owner not just the manager, he cared as if was his own business. It was good to see that. I will be back for sure, my new go to place.“

“Just ate an absolutely delicious burrito. My dad had a bowl. Everything was amazing BUT, THE CARMAL CHURROS AND THE GUAVA EMPANADA were just the best I've ever had. “We recently dined at Taste of Mexico and tried the chicken fajitas. The chicken was well seasoned and flavorful, and the rice and beans were a great addition to the overall meal. However, I found the portion of chicken to be small, which was a bit underwhelming. Additionally, the vegetables, which are meant to be a side, ended up taking over the plate. While the overall taste was good, a better balance between the chicken and vegetables would have made this a more enjoyable meal. In addition to the chicken fajitas, we ordered the carne enchiladas, which were served along a bed of rice, beans, and a simple green salad. The grilled pork in the enchiladas was marinated well and juicy. The carne complimented the sautéed tomatoes, onions, and jalepeños tenderly filled inside the enchiladas. The carne enchiladas was a well-sized dish and was quite delectable. Now onto the star of the meal... The Tres Leches Cake. The sponge-like cake, soaked in the sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, and cream, was a symphony of richness and delight to our taste buds. Despite the prevalence of milk, the dish never felt heavy and continued to be light and luscious till the very last bite.

Vegetarian options: Lots of great vegetarian options. Black/pinto beans, rice, guacamole, vegetable platters, vegetable enchiladas.

Parking: Lots of parking behind(free), paid street parking on the main downtown street and, paid parking garage situated behind the Princeton public Library

Kid-friendliness: Great quaint spot, friendly for kids of all ages

Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is primarily flat ground with no steps. There is a slight slope which the restaurant is located on, however this is very slight, but just a FYI!“

““I didn't have a reservation, but they seated me immediately and treated me very kindly. The young lady who served us was very patient with the children about the food and an excellent host.” I ordered a Molcajete which was delicious and thanks to the children I even ate fries. I recommend them.“

“I ordered from them twice and the food was absolutely delicious. I’ve ordered the quesadillas, salad, burritos and bowl so far. I typically get 2-3 meals out of the bowl and 2 for the salad and quesadillas. Portion size is excellent. I like the unique options as well (pineapple salsa, general Tao sauce etc.).

“Got a chance to finally eat here while on an outing with an acquaintance in town. I passed it many times but never actually ate here. Great local spot that's very popular with people I know in this neighborhood. Alway hopping with locals.“

“This place is an awesome little hole in the wall. Everything is made to order and fresh. I ordered a breakfast sandwich around 12 pm, which was awesome because most places stop selling breakfast around 10 or 11. They have all different kinds of sandwiches available. Hoagie rolls are fresh and soft. Definitely a must go if you are ever in the neighborhood. The prices were reasonable and the food was delicious. Definitely coming back...“

“Our waitress Angela was extremely friendly and broke down the tastes and spiciness. The restaurants is beautiful, and the food is very. Extremely tasty, consistently good and this is coming from a Mexican food connoisseur. We had a medium guacamole with chips, an order of tacos Pastor and an order of spicy beef taco. Horcheta to drink and a delicious hibiscus drink that the waitress suggested. Absolutely“

“I ordered in store and ate in store. I was served a cold chalupa. I was really hungry and in a rush so I didn't send it back. Other than that food was okay standard Tacobell. Restaurant was clean and had a nice cashier.
