“As far as the food goes, I've been to this location several times and it's always solid and consistent. This review is for the employees. Last night I picked up dinner and had the displeasue of watching someone in line before me film the employees putting his bowl together. They were clearly uncomfortable and rightfully so. Who wants to be filmed while they're working? To other customers, please stop doing this. If you want more of something, just ask for it. I left with a huge burrito and it didn't require any dehumanizing or harassment. To the managers at this location, your employees deserve a raise. Every time I'm there, the line is out the door and they always handle it quickly and gracefully and they are incredibly pleasant. The 5 stars go them. To the employees, I'm sorry you have to deal with this behavior. You deserve better treatment across the board.“

“I live locally and visit this taco bell occasionally. Typically, I am happy with the service they provide. Every now and then, a mistake might be made. However, what I would really like to emphasize is how easily the team working here works with the customer to ensure that the mistake is handled appropriately and in a timely manner. Recently, I spoke with the General Manager (Dawn) and the Assistant Manager (Caitlyn) about a double charge that occured. It was a simple and innocent mistake made by a brand new cashier. Dawn made it clear that she wanted to help me out and get me my money back. I am both impressed and pleased with the customer service and professionalism of both Dawn and Caitlyn.“

“Great experience! Me and my brothers had the birria tacos and they were delicious. My dad had the molcajete and it had a good amount of sliced beef, chicken, and chorizo. It was also accompanied with shrimp, cheese, and a side of rice. The Maracuya (passion fruit) agua fresca was great as well it wasn’t too sweet and more on the somewhat sour side. The dessert was great too we had the churros with ice cream.“
