Everything really just looked so good, I picked out a few things for me and my son. I picked up some Chicken francese and chicken Marsala, some marinated artichokes and some seafood salad. All of it, DELICIOUS! I have been a chef for many years so I can be picky and I can tell when places cheap out on ingredients. I did not get that vibe from here. “I have been getting my pierogi here for years. Hands down, THE BEST PIEROGI. Being of Polish descent, I have tried many and none compare. All of the baked goods are so fresh. The kruscicki, babka (the cheese babka is amazing), and the poppyseed bread are delicious. The potato pancakes are huge and delicious as well. My favorite place to stop when visiting Bayonne.“

I tried the 6 inch veggie sandwich. It came fully loaded with fresh veggies and special sauces. Each bite was filled with surprising flavours.
I highly recommend these sandwiches sealed with freshness!

“Eddy you got something going with that new menu. Just ordered a chop cheese and oh my god its delicious. From the service to the friendly hellos from eddy and his wife, they are truly what a neighborhood store is supposed to feel like. “Totally agree about the kielbasa as the best. Love the rye bread they get from Brooklyn, it reminds me of the Jewish Rye from a bakery in Perth Amboy as a kid. I am 71 years old thus had great Eastern European ethnic food from Perth Amboy. Now for Christmas 2025 my manicurist from Poland said to get the herring from Stas. We normally make our own but I decided to try their own in oil, OMG, so good BUT I also bought the Lowell brand in vinegar as my dad used to make and we continued. EXCELLENT as well. I live in Hamilton so a good 45 mins away but soo worth it.“
