“Stefan the new chef has a wonderful restaurant here with fantastic delicacies to choose from. Standouts are his Tuna sushi on rice cakes with caviar. Amazing. Also the steak frites with truffle fries and the tuna carpaccio...just wow. Stefan also had a delicious tapas served as appetizers a few weeks ago with anchovies and other types of seafood served on toasted baguettes. He is friendly and engaging and a great addition to the Ho-Ho-Kus dining scene. Bought St Eves from the previous owners about 2 years ago. Go and Enjoy!“

“An amazing experience from start to finish. If you’re looking for an upscale NYC feel without heading into the city, this is the perfect place. The atmosphere is stunning the moment you walk in, and the service and food were outstanding when we visited for Father’s Day. The drinks were well-crafted and flavorful, reservations were easy, and it wasn’t too crowded. It’s an ideal spot for a date night or special occasion, and I can’t wait to return.“

“We went to Capital Grille for the first time and had an amazing meal. Our server J was on top of everything and did a wonderful job and took very good care of us as well as many other tables. We tried an array of foods and there was not 1 item that wasnt absolutely delicious. Everything was cooled perfectly. “We dined at Robert’s for the first time. We were celebrating a relative’s birthday. The food was outrageous! The appetizers were amazing as were all of the entrees. I had chicken stuffed with mushrooms and I can honestly say that it was the best chicken I have ever eaten. The portions were plentiful. We had a large selection of desserts to choose from at the end of the meal. I chose one particular dessert but before mine came out, I asked if I could exchange it for one that someone in our party had in front of her. No problem. They accommodated me and it was beyond delicious. Also, the staff was very attentive during our whole meal. They could not have been any better. The only negative was the fact that there was also another birthday celebration going on at the same time and it was so noisy that we couldn’t hear each other talk. Despite that, I wouldn’t hesitate to return to this fabulous restaurant.“

“I ordered steak fritti. It was very good. The only thing is that they don't have is other side dish than potatoes. As a guy who avoid carbohydrates, I recommend the restaurant to add other side dish then potatoes. Like grilled vegetables, or salad.“

“NYC steakhouse experience without the drive. Ambiance is top notch. High end decor but my kids felt very comfortable here. Food was very good. Steaks cooked and seasoned perfectly. French onion soup was full bodied. Mashed was smooth. Corn was different in a good way, have to try to understand. Only criticism i can make is the rest of the meal was so good that the dessert wasn't on the same level. It was still fine. Overall excellent experience, will definitely go back.“

“We had an absolutely incredible dining experience at Ivy Inn! The entire evening was flawless, from the fantastic ambiance to the truly satisfying food.
Here is a breakdown of what made our night so special:
The Starters: I kicked things off with a beautiful Caesar salad, as seen in image.png. The greens were perfectly crisp, and it was generously topped with shaved parmesan cheese.
The Main Courses: Every single dish was cooked to perfection. The steak seen was incredibly juicy and tender, beautifully grilled and paired with perfectly seasoned asparagus, carrots, and a delicious potato gratin. The salmon dishes shown were equally phenomenal—perfectly flaky, bursting with flavor, and served over a generous bed of seasoned rice and fresh vegetables.
The Drinks & Dessert: We treated ourselves to some wonderfully refreshing, frothy cocktails to toast the night
To finish off an already excellent meal, we enjoyed a slice of rich, layered carrot cake with smooth frosting and a touch of caramel sauce.
The atmosphere was cozy, warm, and inviting, making it the perfect spot for a memorable dinner out. Chelsea played the harp amazingly. Excellent food, wonderful drinks, and top-tier service. We will absolutely be back!“
