It took awhile for me to try Chipotle only because I don't like my food looking like slop. But it was suggested that I go in and ask them to make the plate how I like. That was fine for the first 2 times. Only the look of my food. One thing I can say is that the food is never hot, never warm, only ever room temperature or cold. I read it online and didn't want to believe it but it's true. The protein portions have definitely shrunk. There could not have been more than 2oz om beef in my bowl. When he was portioning it out with tongs and not the usual spoons they use, I commented on how little meat was in my bowl. The employee responded that's how we do it now. Will not be going back.
