This place was not too busy or crowded on a Saturday afternoon. Stopped by and had a sofrito bowl. It tasted really good. The staff was very friendly and seemed happy serving guests. Definitely worth visiting. The price is slightly steep for a bowl without meat in it. Otherwise well worth the wait.
Horrible burrito wrapping, the guy just pushed half the food out of my burrito and left it open, did not even fully wrap the burrito.

Chipotle Mexican Grill is a popular restaurant that offers a range of Mexican-inspired dishes. While the location is convenient for many, the reviews suggest some inconsistencies in the customer experience. Some customers have reported issues with limited ingredient availability and smaller protein portions. However, others have praised the attentive service, particularly for those with dietary restrictions. The restaurant's accessibility for wheelchair users is also highlighted as a positive.
The reviews present a mixed picture, with room for improvement in customer service and consistency across the menu. Customers have noted the restaurant can get busy, but staff members like Quan have been praised for their professionalism and efficiency in ensuring customers are satisfied. However, some customers have expressed concerns about the cleanliness of the dining area and food preparation surfaces, which they feel should be addressed, even during busy periods.
