“How can one not love this place. The smell of the bacon, the toppings being displayed infront of my eyes. If my eyes could drool, they would from how delictable everything looks. I thank the staff for the amazing job they do, even though its one slice of meat and im paying $20, I am still satisfied to be a regular customer and come back everyday during my lunch.“

“This place was not too busy or crowded on a Saturday afternoon. Stopped by and had a sofrito bowl. It tasted really good. The staff was very friendly and seemed happy serving guests. Definitely worth visiting. The price is slightly steep for a bowl without meat in it. Otherwise well worth the wait.“

“This place was very nice. The inside was a very happy atmosphere and the music was perfect for a place like this. Before walking in, me and my party were greeted by a very nice lady who worked there. Upon entering, I looked at the menu and was astonished by the variety of different food items. “I stopped into the Cliffwood location yesterday, and it had been years since I’d been to Jersey Mike’s. The three guys working were all incredibly friendly, helpful, and had such great personalities. My friend and I actually left talking about how positive the whole experience was. The sandwiches were delicious, and the customer service really stood out. It’s refreshing to receive service like that these days. We’ll definitely be back!“

As someone who loves a good cookout burger, this place has it on lock. I crave it every time! Get yourself a burger man. “Tucked in a corner of Walmart, the space is adequate for a good 20 min meal. Friendly staff. Usually has veggie patties and vegetarian options.
Every time I visit this store, I feel sure about the options I can get.

“ABOVE AND BEYOND...Today I made an error ordering on the kiosk and got an extra item I didn't want. I brought it to staff attention and a manager was summoned. I explained my mistake, half-expecting the manager to tell me that nothing could be done. To my delight, zhe remedied my problem with no second thought.

I've always been impressed with the customer service here. Compared to other local McDonald's, Shrewsbury Ave is the shining light on the mountain.

Kids play nicely in the playroom. The place is pretty clean. Orders are accurate.

This is best McDonald's around. Kuddos to everyone who works there.

“Justin and Mason work together very well. I mentioned that my wife has a tomato allergy. They quickly changed their gloves and cleaned the area taking great care of making
sure not to get any tomato near our sandwiches. They were working hard and it felt like they have pride in their work. Keep up the great work and see you again soon.“

“If I could give this zero stars I would. Absolutely HORRIFIC. The burrito my husband got tasted like literal chemicals. I tasted 1 black bean and it tasted like it was melted in burnt plastic. It literally could taste it for an hour in my mouth. He was dry heaving in the parking lot after 3 bites. He also was never greeted after 5 minutes of him standing there. I asked for a refund, not to make another toxic chemical burrito and they said they couldn’t do that. The best they can do is make him something else. I don’t want something else from your trash of an establishment. Totally unacceptable. Take my advice and go to another location.“

“We have been coming to this Jersey Mike's for quite a while now and just about every time we go, the food is good, and the staff are willing and able.

My family and I were havin a rough day more recently with car trouble and we needed some quick dinner food. We knew where this place was and always enjoyed it, but it was only 30 minutes before closing. Instead of getting staff that were disgruntled that they were glad to serve us. I think it was justin, jack and ziggy, if I rememeber thier name tags. The cashier even asked my mom how her day was and was she admitted it wasn't the best. All together the food was great and the staff was eagerly getting us our needs.
