I thank the staff for the amazing job they do, even though its one slice of meat and im paying $20, I am still satisfied to be a regular customer and come back everyday during my lunch.“

“This place was not too busy or crowded on a Saturday afternoon. Stopped by and had a sofrito bowl. It tasted really good. The staff was very friendly and seemed happy serving guests. Definitely worth visiting. The price is slightly steep for a bowl without meat in it. Otherwise well worth the wait.“

“We frequently order from RIA, and the food is always delicious and service always without issues. I think I've written a review for them before but wanted to write another because of a new experience. I have an teenager with autism who accompanied me to RIA to pick up our dinner order. We're working on social interactions that happen in public in everyday tasks (such as checking out at a grocery store or, in this case, picking up an order from a restaurant), so after discussing how the interaction could go before we entered, I encouraged my son to take over the responsibility of speaking up to state he was picking up an order. Well, he stumbled through it, either not answering when he was spoken to or not speaking loudly enough for his answer to be heard. Once he finally made it through getting it across that he was picking up an order, the owner (at least, I'm pretty sure he's the owner!) took a few seconds to explain to my son how the process usually goes as a customer coming in to pick up an order. Did he recognize my son was special needs and that he was struggling with something most people his age have no problem with? Maybe not. But even so he remained friendly & patient despite doing multiple things at once, with other customers in line, while waiting for my son to answer his questions and was kind enough to give him a pointer on the interaction and in my eyes that is wonderful. So thanks Romeos Italian American for not only having great food and service always but for showing some grace to a young man working on learning how to navigate the world.“

As someone who loves a good cookout burger, this place has it on lock. I crave it every time! Get yourself a burger man. “I'm giving it a two only because the food is generally good. The service has often been rude, and if you show up within about a 1/2 hour of their closing time they will say that their systems are down in order to avoid working for the last little bit of the shift.

Edit: After the last few months there have been several good changes made, this is now my favorite burger king in the area!“

“I just finished eating my sub and it was delicious! One thing that can ruin anyone’s appetite is service and the afternoon crew was so pleasant and all smiles and laughter. I was that hard picky customer that kept saying “Half this and half that..” and lots of questions and the whole time they all had a smile on their face. I’ve also been to other Jersey Mikes where I notice the lettuce is brown or the tomatoes are too soft but this place was the opposite.
