“Great cocktail bar… martinis… negronis… top shelf! Wine??? Meh… chintzy pour of just average wines…$14!for a 4 oince pour of a “ Super Tuscan” ? Steer clear… not worth it.
Food… tomato sauce is top shelf… but if you are featuring your sauce and you fill a dish surrounding 2 small pieces of eggplant( which was cooked perfectly BTW) you need to provide some BREAD for dipping… not everyone likes garlic bread ( at $10) avoid the “ wood fired” artichokes… they are “ canned” and nothing special at $14! The Short rib plate with butternut squash is amazing… a little on the sweet side… but something special for sure.
The Meatballs…. Ypu can make better at home small orbs of deep fried beef… very little flavor very crunchy…. Not a good choice!!! Food is a mixed bag… some good… some not so good… we will return for the cocktails…. Wine? No way!!! Meatballs??? Eat a tennis ball!! Artichokes??? Make them yourself at home! Music is WAY too loud…. Pretty pricey tab for 7’out of 10 food. Pizza was made with top shelf ingredients but bottom crust was “ flubbery” needed a few minutes in a hot pan. This place is among the best choices for cocktails in Sayreville… but needs work to be worth multiple“

It truly feels like home. The bartender made us feel so welcome, like we were guests in his own living room. He was cooking and serving – what a pro!
The venue boasts a large bar, a pool table, and plenty of TVs. Plus, there's a liquor store inside with tables where you can eat and relax. Highly recommend!“

“Rarely do I feel inspired to 5/5 a place but this is a magical spot to hang out. DJ Davis G spins the best music creating incredible vibes you cannot miss. The servers working are attentive and friendly. All of this is a 10/10, but I need to talk about the food. The wings at this spot are by far the best wings you will ever have in your entire life. When you are listening to some of the best songs you ever heard, while receiving the best service you have ever had the pleasure of receiving, you will be sitting down eating the best wings you have ever had in your entire life. These wings changed my life. I have a new answer to my "what would your last meal be" answer after consuming the wings at this pub. Nothing will ever replace how I felt when I was at this special pub. Cannot recommend more.“

“As a Union Beach Resident, I just have to give a shout out to this awesome local pub. Although I visit there often and it has become like a second home where you visit family when you enter, the NYE celebration last night was so fun! The pre fix menu was full of options and the pricing was so fair. The drinks are always served cold and well prepared. Renee and Courtney were up beat and on point and made the evening even more enjoyable. It would not have mattered though who was behind the bar as the rest of the team there are all amazing and professional! If you are in the Bayshore area and are looking for a place to visit stop by and check them out!! BTW, the burgers are really the best in the area !!“

“This was our first time dining at Bello's and the place was clean and family friendly. We ordered fried mushrooms which were previously frozen and not very good and I had the buffalo wings which were average with little flavor. We both had a salad which was good and then a bar pie and eggplant parmesan which was good.“

“We went to Brickhouse today and had Brooke as our waitress she was awesome! We had the chili nachos and pretzel for appetizers they were huge and really good! The beer is always ice cold and no matter what you order the food is always great especially the cheesesteak! Highly recommend brickhouse in Neptune Nj“

“Houlihan's is definitely one of my go to dinner or lunch places on a regular basis. I always ask for Colleen as her customer service skills are an A+++. She is pleasant, knowledgeable, and makes great recommendations. Besides the made to order food; the amazing french onion soup, yummy chicken wings, perfect salmon, prime rib sandwich, just like homemade pot roast, just to name a few good foods, Colleen is a main reason why I have been a regular for so many years. A shout out also to Al, one of the managers who is also a staple at the Holmdel Houlihan's. He is a true customer service person and he always greets you with a big smile. As a matter of fact I am going to Houlihan's tonight for dinner and have already requested my favorite waitress Colleen. Now what should I order tonight....mmmmm“
