“My son and I visited JK's Boathouse for drinks and Thursday night Karaoke a few weeks back and enjoyed so much, I returned 2 weeks later. People are so friendly, lots of fun Karaokeers and Tabby the bartender MASTERS the bar and gets you your next beer before you know you're low!“
“This was on my list to visit and I was able to do so today. I had dinner there and the steak was good but wish it came out warmer... I think it was waiting for my friend's salmon to be cooked as her food was hotter. The mash potatoes was hot though. The espresso martini was good definitely deserves a return. Mauricio was pleasant, personable, and charming also funny.Overall lovely place I would return to, for sure..maybe they have brunch I'll need to check but then again maybe not as it opens at 4 pm.Parking: There is a parking lot but it doesn't look huge and it's across the street from the establishment.. “So this was a take out order, and we were looking for Comfort Food. We found just that in an order of plain chicken wings and an order of macaroni and cheese. The wings were large, super crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, nicely seasoned. The al dente spiral macaroni held onto the generous amount of creamy and yummy cheese sauce. “We met our friends here on a Friday night. Nice Irish pub. Not very busy at all for a Friday night, no problem getting a table. Our friends had eaten already so they just had drinks. My husband & I had cheesesteak & French dip sandwich, both were really delicious. Our server was very nice,friendly, food came out very quick. “When it comes to food, I am a big food snob. I've been living in Staten Island for 34 years and I passed this place when it was Rusty's a million times. I met a colleague of mine for drinks and food here and it did not disappoint. The prices were fair, the place was new and fresh, inclusive of the bathroom (this is very important LOL). The drinks had a generous pour of booze and the food was excellent. Reading thru some of the bad reviews, they may have had a couple of off nights however none of them made sense to me. We both ordered a roast beef sandwich. I had the South Shore. It was fantastic. The beef was juicy, the bread fresh, everything was great. In addition to a pair of roast beef sandwiches, we ordered a hot pretzel and the apple-cinnabon dessert. Everything was great. In addition to this, we got to chat with Edward who had just started his shift serving us animals (he was a gentleman) as well as Rusty (former owner of Rusty's) who gave us a little history lesson on the transition of Rusty's to Point Tavern. I will definitely be back again as it was a good place to have a drink or have some drinks and grab some good pub food. There is a bar area, separate dining area as well as an outdoor space. The surrounding streets offer ample street parking.“

The atmosphere, the positive energy, level of preparedness, attentiveness to our guests were all amazing. Arriving at Oh’Brian’s from a solemn service to warm, welcoming staff was really wonderful. As guests arrived, they were brought to our private seating area and offered beverages and drinks from the bar. As people were greeting and gathering and getting situated, it was clear, staff was attentive and present.As discussed having the buffet style, everything was set and organized.People raved about the Garden Salad; The hot food entrees were phenomenal and plentiful; our guests felt comfortable heading up to get another plate. None of our guest felt rushed at any time and were grateful for being asked for drink refills. The bar service/staff was fantastic. The timing of the desserts was perfect. Despite the drizzly, dreariness of the day, guests took advantage of the canopied outdoor seating area-which is also lovely.We realize a restaurant works as a team, and this team was fabulous. Again, thank you, Colleen, for your open communications, input/feedback, flexibility and sharing various options for alternate layouts for accommodations. “There were a couple of parties going on, with children who were loud. The restaurant is loud! But the food was excellent. We were celebrating a birthday, but besides wishing her a happy birthday as we signed in, nothing "special" was done. They did not have the ribs that were on the menu, and that was a bit of a disappointment.“

“The other day I got, La Galera Centro Americana Restaurant, for lunch. I ordered their Meatballs w/ Black Rice & Red Beans. It was absolutely delicious! I asked the lady for more veggies than rice, and she happily obliged. I really loved their Meatballs, and also the Red Beans. Excellent flavors to combine. The ladies at the front desk were really nice and attentive. It seems like a nice, quaint, family type of place to eat. And for just a little over $10 was a complete steal. I’d def try this place again, their other menu items looked phenomenal. I’d also recommend to anyone in the, City of Orange, area looking for some decent Spanish food.“
“It is under New Management has a new owner they call it the after dark lounge hot hot ladies and the street artists walkthrough and very safe environment inside and outside. The owner also owns LaRouge lounge downtown Newark this is a great place to go party.. lastly but not least they have an outside deck with cabanas under construction“
