“I was looking for a place to hold a small(er) afternoon party for about 60 friends & family members, and McQ’s came highly recommended for great food, wonderful atmosphere, and top notch service. They did not disappoint. The general manager, Alexis was a pleasure to work with, and was helpful with menu choices, and whatever additional asks I had. (A table area for a display, AV hook-up for a slide presentation, and complimentary drink “coupons” for my guests. The entire staff (including the kitchen) was friendly, and determined to make this a fun (and delicious) event. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I give them 5 stars 🌟 out of 5.“

“Run don't walk to this place. We wish came here sooner. It has been our summer go to this year. The nachos are to absolutely die for! Drinks are delicious. Bartenders are sooooo sweet!! 10/10 perfect spot for some outdoor drinks, and a beautiful view. Oh it's raining? No problem. Darts and shuffleboard downstairs and a huge TV. I cannot rave about this place enough and have told anyone willing to listen about it ?“

“Simply put, Charley's is the best outdoor hangout spot on/around Lake Hopatcong! Rented the Game Room Bar for a social with family and friends, and I honestly can't recommend it enough! The food was hot and delicious, awesome drinks, fantastic live music, yard games, and first-class people! The team of Amanda Lear, Amanda ODonnell Braico and Andrea were outstanding! Provided excellent professional, friendly service to make sure all of my guests were comfortable the entire evening. Lots of menu options to choose from on the catering menu (the wings are a must!) as well as flexible bar pricing packages to fit any occasion. It's truly a welcoming place that is always on my short list of options for a quick cold one, lunch or heck the whole evening! I'm already looking forward to the next Game Room social! This is what Karl Marx and other less aggressive socialists wrote about. “We went last night to celebrate NYE at Rosie's... the food was delicious, however we did not get our dinner until 10:45. We arrived at 8:30. In fact, our table was last to receive each course of the meal, and it was just too slow. The bill for 4, with tip, was $650, which is too much to receive such poor service.“
