“Of all the ice cream shops I've been to over the years this is the Shangri-La of ice cream shops. The staff is ridiculously friendly and helpful, and this is probably one of the cleanest food establishments. There's a Zoltar in the dining area if you're wondering what your future holds, a claw machine and a few other little devices to keep the kids occupied once their ice cream experience comes to an end.“

“I have always gone to Rita's in Howell. I stopped by today and had to return the custard. It taste terrible. I was told the owner changed to a different product. The owner needs to to stop wanting to save money on a different product. Bring back the correct Rita's custard recipe. you are going to lose business.“

“Stopped at the Howell, NJ location.We were served by Dennis and Daniel on 5/29/24 after 7pm. Decided to eat outside and each one stopped by our table on way in from helping other customers to ask if we were okay and offer more napkins! I thought that was amazing!“
