“Yesterday my husband stopped for ice cream at our usual Farmingdale location and we want to commend the young lady working behind the counter by herself. She was pleasant but everyone felt bad for her as she was getting slammed as the line began to wrap around near bank. She needs be thanked for working a holiday weekend alone and where were the large family owners coming out to help her ???...she is a great employee“

“We took our non-verbal autistic sister here and the young girls working the register and helping us with our order were so incredibly sweet. They let her try a few samples and decide which she wanted and when it came to the toppings they held up a few spoonfuls so she could confirm which ones she wanted. It was very nice to have our sister feel included in her ordering process!“

“Went on a weekday afternoon for ice cream with my dad. The line was decent and I could only imagine the line on a weekend. The ice cream was pretty good with plenty of flavors to opt for. Always spoilt for choice here (milkshake vs ice cream vs flavors). Staff members were quick and friendly. Seating available indoors and outdoors. Gave a cabin ambiance. The location is good and has its own parking area.“

“Kudos to Kailey at Sundaes! She is a wonderful manager and deserves a raise! There was a little error in one of the orders I had for Christmas and Kailey not only refunded the one cake but was incredibly professional and polite. I will definitely be back for more ice-cream and highly recommend Sundaes to everyone.“

“So we moved to the area and i always passed by this place on the way home thinking “what a weird place for an ice cream place” and just sort of assumed it was no good. Boy was I wrong! Now, no other place compares. Coffee ice cream is my favorite - cream and delicious. And the prices are reasonable. My trick - get a pint to go. That way you get double the deliciousness“

“Decent, but I've been to better ice cream parlors. When we went (Labor Day 2023), the line was long. The problem is when you get to the long counter with all the various flavors, you might have given your order before seeing all the flavors. It would be great if they had an electronic display that rotated through all flavors, perhaps with pictures and descriptions. That way you could have narrowed down your choice by the time you get to the counter. This in turn could help the line move faster. The service itself was good, the quality of the ice cream decent and the prices reasonable.“

“Came on a Motzai Shabbos.Short line and the workers were quick.Got to medium cones with sprinkles.Size wise the medium was huge.Ice cream was standard Kosher soft serve, no complaints there.They also had a section with gifts, balloons, etc.Definitely great option if you have a craving for some Cholov Yisroel and aren’t looking for anything high end.“

Nowadays you have so many companies that prioritize their profits over the true quality and experience that they get to give a customer, and I think that’s where capitalism truly fails. When you live in a world run by corporations offering nothing but cheap goods you’re left with a society that is utterly depressed because their lives are just full of mediocre experiences. Crumbl is different, think about getting a 6 pack of crumbl cookies, and a 6 pack of Dunkin’ Donuts, and you’ll see exactly what I’m talking about.Their business model is fun and exciting yet still very lucrative. Similar to the Fortnite item shop, The weekly rotation of cookies allow customers to get excited over new cookies while also giving them a sense of urgency to try these cookies before it’s too late!All in all I had a great experience with the service, delivery, and food quality, and this is a super high score I would rarely give out but crumbl goes above and beyond to ensure that the customer has a happy and fun experience with their food and that is something the world needs more of, i am giving them a solid rating of 9.4/10“

“Jasmine made this Masterpiece for my son and turned an awkward experience into an everlasting memory. After waiting outside for what seemed like forever, I went inside to see my son, distressed, because several people from this touristy food fest day were walking in front of him and ordering. He can be incredibly shy. When we finally walked up to the counter, Jasmine took her SWEET time to attend to his dream milkshake! She glazed the rim with marshmallow, fire roasted each marshmallow like a BOSS and attentively sprinkled all the fine flavors on top! She was amazing and made him feel so special!!! “Ordered a birthday ice cream cake from Jersey Freeze about a couple weeks back and man, forget Carvel, forget savings a couple bucks at BJS or Costcoe, Jersey Freeze is THE place. It was a chocolate/Vanilla ice cream cake with amazing like patented fudge swirls on top that were to die for. Large cake, fed about 10 of us, but nearly all had seconds, so...and everyone was commenting how great and unique it tasted. Great job Jersey Freeze! Be back again soon!“

“Simply delicious. There's not much more you can ask for then a ton of different ice cream flavors, especially when one tastes better than the other. Their friendly staff were great at pointing out selections that were not even on the menu. In a word, delicious.“

“A great little shop with a variety of treats! To start, their ice cream is made on location. Authentic Mexican street corn, tamales, and krazy concotions they whip up in minutes. They make quarter sized pancakes, tossed with bananas, strawberries, nutella, and whipped cream. Add a scoop of ice cream, and it makes an amazing dessert! The staff is awesome, friendly, and willing to explain everything on their menu. We definitely will stop back again to visit.“

“This place is great because you can either get Italian ice or soft serve, or both! Originally I didn't know if I wanted soft serve but when I saw they had cookie butter soft serve I knew I had to try it. I paired it with mango Italian ice. It probably wasn't the best combination but individually they shined on their own. The cookie butter soft serve tasted like a Biscoff coffee. The flavor was on point and the texture was nice and very creamy. The mango Italian ice was good but not the best. I wanted more mango flavor but it was still good.Overall I will definitely be back next time I'm in Point Pleasant to try more flavors.“

“I attended this whimsical shop on a whim while driving around. I asked for their chocolate flavor and a strange, larger boy with glasses was working at the counter. Once he heard I was ordering chocolate, his eyes lit up. He went into the back and reappeared 5 minutes later. I heard a distant grunt but it was worth it when he delivered a cup of ice cream because I have never had such a unique and beautiful cup of ice cream before!“
