“Can’t give 5 stars due to the subpar service and god awful ownership. Otherwise, this location is the only one worth visiting. The “lighthouse” ones are more like water ice. I highly recommend the peanut butter if they have it. Some flavors run out fast. Coconut hasn’t been on the menu in years since before they moved across the street. I can’t answer why and wouldn’t bother to ask. Amazing ice, cheap, but sadly cash only. The staff really could be better. The phone also never gets picked up to confirm hours. It’s all about luck and not confirmation they’re open.“
“I went a couple times with my sibling during our vacation this past week and it was very nice. It always smelt extremely clean inside. The workers were efficient and kind. Hope to visit again when we come back. (Also, if you stop in, definitely drop a couple dollars in the tip jar to help the younger staff to attend college! Good luck!)“
“Probably my favorite restaurant on belmars strip! Mamalukes has so many choices to choose from between sandwich's , pizzas , sub options and more! They also serve breakfast there which is great for when You get to the beach early and want a pork roll sandwich! I've had really good milkshakes but nothing compares to mamalukes milkshakes!! So delicious , they are great every single time! The ice cream cups are super cute as well they're cow print !! I highly recommend stopping here for a quick bite to eat before and after you hit the bars ! So yum! The staff is great as well !! All around a great upbeat environment to enjoy pizza !!“
“My boyfriend picked up my birthday cake last weekend (March 2nd) and the cake is AMAZING! The cake tasted and looked fabulous! It was vanilla, with choc peanut butter and choc drizzled on the side. The cake decorator worked her magic and made his idea come to life! Thank you so much … we will be back for future cakes!“
“By far my favorite creamery! They have a great selection of both traditional dairy a and vegan choices. The vegan ice cream is so creamy and full of flavor- many uniquely delicious. Today I tried a beet, maple and rosemary flavor that surprised me and one called the lake, with royal spirulina andbgolden sea moss- had a fresh clean upfront flavor that ended with cake batter- yummm. The coffee hazelnut was my favorite though. I always grab a pint to go also.“
“Jasmine made this Masterpiece for my son and turned an awkward experience into an everlasting memory. After waiting outside for what seemed like forever, I went inside to see my son, distressed, because several people from this touristy food fest day were walking in front of him and ordering. He can be incredibly shy. When we finally walked up to the counter, Jasmine took her SWEET time to attend to his dream milkshake! She glazed the rim with marshmallow, fire roasted each marshmallow like a BOSS and attentively sprinkled all the fine flavors on top! She was amazing and made him feel so special!!! “My husband and I drove up from Toms River for the Cannoli kit after experiencing it at a party . It was a Sunday and the girl behind the counter was very rude and said we don’t have any they need to be ordered a head of time , thankfully RALPH walked in and saved the day he went above and beyond to get us what we came for ! If you don’t know the lay of the store you shouldn’t be working there ! Customer service should be a priority and she certainly wasn’t willing to try helping . I will be back but hopefully someone who wants to help the customer is working!“
“I've attended a few events here. The staff is always very friendly and the froyo is pretty good. “Peaches and Cream came to my grandson’s birthday party . The communication between us leading to the event was excellent as was the service and of course the ice cream! The price was so reasonable as well . I would highly recommend them and would hire them again in a heartbeat !!“
“Saw the hype of this place on social media so I had to go when I was visiting the jersey shore. Took a while to make the milkshake but it came out amazing and tasted even more delicious. You defiantly need another person to share this with. Super kid friendly and fun.“
