“So I have done fasting before, usually once a year for 3-6 days. So I'm used to going without food but this seemed to give me the same benefits and I didn't get hangry :) I combined my juice cleanse with my brand of CBD (Raw Botanics) and found that this greatly enhanced my experience. The CBD cut down on the anxiety of going without food, helped with my sleep which was an issue and I believe helped in the overall detox. I would 100% recommend Raw Generation paired with CBD. I did the cleanse by the book no food with the exception of 1 avocado on the first night. I cut out all other supplements and vitamins for the week. I did exercise but pretty lightly. Most of the weight for me came off on the first 3 days and it seemed to plateau by day 5. So next time I do this I may just do a 3 or 5 day. My total weight loss was 10 pounds and that was the goal. Once I went back to regular food 4 pounds came right back on but after a few weeks now I'm still better than before I did the cleanse. I plan to do a cleanse like this at least a few times a year. “I loved this place, it's a cute little shop with so many options. I got the salted caramel pretzel with cookie dough and it was delicious. The cookie dough was so soft, and very generously placed. The ice cream had the perfect amount of caramel, and the pretzels in it were such a nice touch. It really enhanced the flavor of the ice cream, and they were even covered in chocolate. The staff was also nice, and not greedy with the amount of ice cream they gave me. Overall it was one of the best ice creams I've ever had, and if you are in the area you HAVE to try it out.“

I highly recommend the peanut butter if they have it. Some flavors run out fast. Coconut hasn’t been on the menu in years since before they moved across the street. I can’t answer why and wouldn’t bother to ask. Amazing ice, cheap, but sadly cash only. The staff really could be better. The phone also never gets picked up to confirm hours. It’s all about luck and not confirmation they’re open.“

“If I miraculously have any room left over after gorging myself at a nearby Asbury restaurant, this is always a stop. The ice cream is delicious, the flavors offered are varied/unique, and the additional products are excellent too. I'm very much a cup person when it comes to ice cream (I don't like the experience being marred by constant vigilance/paranoia over whether the ice cream is about to melt from the cone to my paw), but this is the one place I'm willing to go with the cone, both for superficial optics and because they're genuinely tasty. I had a Hawaiian Punch-flavored cone a few years ago I still think about from time to time.I stopped by this past Saturday afternoon with the Millennial Chum, on a toasty summer day that was absolutely teeming with people all over the beach and boardwalk. If you'd asked me to guess beforehand, I would have estimated this place would have a line out the door, but we got lucky - I'd say there were maybe three or four people in front of us, and (this part isn't luck) the line moved very quickly and efficiently. While we waited the two minutes or so to order, I gave the merch section to the side a hard look - there are some VERY legit-looking hoodies for sale that are only about $30 or $35 and would easily retail for twice that at a different establishment. I might come back for one.On this particular day, I went with a small cup (two scoops) of the birthday cake ice cream, and I THINK something Oreo/cookie related, which unfortunately I can't definitively confirm because it's conveniently hidden on top of the birthday cake in the accompanying picture. Both were excellent. I've mentioned this many times in prior ice cream reviews, but as long as it's a decent flavor and it's not freezer burned, it's hard for me to give anything other than a full-throated endorsement of it. The servings are huge too - the small is not particularly small, and the much better-behaved Millennial Chum actually went with a kiddie cup in the end.Definitely worth a stop if you have the time and appetite.“

“Went fairly late in the evening. They have an icecream sandwich. For some reason it did not work for me. The ice cream itself was good, the cookie was good. But the combination did not work.
Tried the Caramel pretzel fudge between the Macadamia nut cookie.
Bit expensive, same price range as Cold Stone.
The Waffle cone with Butter Brittle cake was better.

“Very tasty ice cream. They give out hefty-sized scoops and their cones are good too. Normal flavors mixed with specialty flavors makes the menu diverse. They also have giant cookies and brownies if you're looking for that extra sugar high. They're decent.

Staff is friendly: pretty relaxed, quiet place. Younger people in school and the owner (I think) are usually behind the counter and they do a fine job in my experience there.“

We are repeat customers here at Ryan's, which has a very nice selection of ice cream, including soft serve.
