“Special thanks to Kelly for being kind with a good heart so my nephew could have a positive experience. He enjoyed sampling a few flavors before deciding on Cookies and Cream with brownie pieces. She took the time to deliver excellent customer service with a smile.“

“This was our first time visiting a Cinnabon storefront. Very clean, bright, and modern inside. The owner is very friendly and warm - he answered all the questions that we had. We got 2 Cinnabons and 1 minibon - both options were great. I also got a cold brew coffee which was very good - not too sweet! We will be back :)“

“I called earlier to ask if they had pretzel dogs and pretzel dog nuggets. The lady who answered the phone was super nice and told me the pretzel dogs were made to order, but they did have the nuggets. She asked if I’d like to place an order since I needed them closer to 2 PM. She had to call me back because she had other customers in the store and I didn’t wanna take up those customers time as I figured out how much I wanted to order. When I got there, they had everything ready exactly at 2 o’clock, they were super nice both the workers there, they gave me extra napkins, extra cups like I asked, and even miniature wood Sticks to pick up the little nuggets since I was buying them for my son’s school party.

This is a brand new location and I’m so happy that it’s close to my house. The closest one is the freehold mall I was happy to know that they were in the Jackson outlets.“

“Angy’s Homemade Cakes are delicious. Fresh, moist, flavorful and beautiful. Norma was very accommodating, responsive and professional. Highly recommend. 😋“

“Yet another reason why 502 Bakery is my bakery of choice. Woke-up Saturday morning (4/12/2025) craving crumb coffee cake. Arrived at 502 Bakery a few minutes before 9AM, but when I approached the door the sign said, "Sorry We're Closed!" I did not realize they opened at 9:30AM. So I went back to my vehicle to wait 30-minutes until they officially opened. LOL... Wait?! Yes, the crumb cake is that good! Not more than 2-minutes later, I looked back from my vehicle to see the neon 'OPEN' sign on! Rather than having a customer wait they chose to open early. 502 Bakery's customer service matches the quality of their product. Thanks 502 team! See you again soon. Gerald S.“

“good cookies, good variety, (i’m also doing this for points towards free deserts 😌)“

“I ordered a dozen bundtinis on line for my daughter’s birthday. They were ready when I arrived to pick them up and looked wonderful. They were so delicious. Everyone enjoyed them. They’re great to bring to someone’s home and perfect to serve at your own home. The shop is so cute. I will definitely be back!“

“So many freshly-baked items, I had a hard time choosing. My students were thrilled that I went out of my way to shop here. While I bought 4 different items, I needed to get triple the amount of black and white cookies. I know now for next time. So many compliments and thank yous as students picked some of each item.“
