From the moment the dishes came out, you could tell everything was made fresh and with real attention to flavor. The spices were perfectly balanced—not too overpowering, but still packed with that rich, authentic taste that makes you want to keep eating even when you’re full. Every bite had depth, and you can tell they don’t cut corners when it comes to ingredients.

But the highlight for me had to be the wings. They were absolutely amazing—crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and coated in a sauce that had the perfect mix of flavor and heat. Not too spicy, not too mild—just right. They were easily some of the best wings I’ve had, and I’d go back just for those alone.

Every single thing we have tried was a taste sensation! Pizza homemade sauce and cheese to broc rabe so tender and mild, salmon to die for. We have been there 4 times liked it so much after the first time had them cater a party at our home. Every single person asked where the food came from. Joe the owner delivered the catering himself. Speaking of….Joe and Rosana the owners make you feel like family from our first visit. They’re always making different pies throughout the day, so there’s always something fresh and delicious coming out.

The customer service is impeccable. I’m not from New Jersey, but every time I walk in, they treat me like family. They also have a great lunch special—two slices of any kind. “9/14/25 - NFL Sundays are made for pizza. So we did take out from Mancini's Pizza in East Brunswick, NJ. \n\nWe sat outside while they prepared our order --- one large Sicilian and one large pepperoni. The friendly and helpful staff even tapped on the window to let us know our order was ready. Yes, the restaurant is crowded and does a brisk business which is another good sign.\n\nThe pepperoni is a neopolitan style and a bit on the thinner side. The sauce is absolutely incredible. The cheese is clearly premium. The pie is perfectly prepared and the Italian spices are noticeable with each bite. They use thicker pepperoni slices which I really enjoyed. The big disappointment here is the slices are not very crispy and are very limp. When you pick one up, unfortunately, everything slides right off. It doesn't make it taste bad but its annoying nonetheless. \n\nThe Sicilian slice was by far my favorite. It has that fermented Sicilian crust flavor and when you add their spectacular sauce and premium cheese, it is Sicilian pizza nirvana. The crust is crispy and not dry at all. Great care is taken here paying attention to every detail of this masterpiece. \n\nThe prices here are not friendly for the budget conscious diners. But if you want quality, you have to pay for it.\n\nOverall Rating: A-“

“8/8/25 - There's a pizza shop in Parlin, NJ called Pizza Heaven. I took my son there about 15 years ago. The pizza was pretty good but the place was a complete dump. Worn out dining area. Dirty tables. And the deathknell, it was completely empty. \n\nFast forward to 2025.... the place has a new owner and a brand new dining area. And it's wonderful! The pizza is in the neopolitan style. It's crispy and flavorful. The cheese tastes premium. Great sauce. The sausage is not cut-rate. They have completely turned this place around. And the dining room had a lot of people in it enjoying the food. If you are in the Parlin area, it's definitely worth your time. \n\nSo my daughter told me that I need to start rating these places. I hesitate to do so because I dont want to be compared to that other guy who in my opinion is a complete nasal drip. I review places for one reason.... out of love for the products. I love stadiums. I love arenas. And most of all, I love food. So I'm not doing this for clicks but to give my friends and family a roadmap of places to visit and my experiences with these places. \n\nSo Pizza Heaven gets a solid B+“
