“Came all the way from Long Island, NY to see my girlfriend and went to La Lupa for dinner. Amazing decor, amazing food, amazing atmosphere. Waiter Michael was very professional in every aspect and knowledgeable of the whole menu. Would definitely recommend!“

“If it weren’t for the 2 hr wait for a pie, I’d def have given 5 stars. I ordered online tonite and was advised 45-55 min. I showed up at 1 hour and was told it was an additional 30 minutes!
I attempted to leave and requested a refund as I was very tired and hungry from a long day of work from a 12+ hour shift. It was refreshing that the person at the counter was considerate of the situation and offered a reasonable solution - although I lived just outside their delivery area, the delivered the pie as soon as it was ready.
It arrived piping hot and delicious. Thank you, Brooklyn Sq for hiring a team that connects with its customers and makes an effort to find solutions.“
