“I have been a customer at Giuseppe's since they opened and I am very lucky to have such a great pizza place so close to my house. The large, plain pie is wonderful! It has a thin, crispy crust and just the right mix of delicious sauce and cheese. The specialty pies are incredible and they are our "go to" pies for special events that need celebrating with pizza. My child loves their chicken francaise and it's a favorite that comes in very generous portions. The garlic knots are made from the pizza dough with a generous amount of garlic and they are well priced and utterly addicting. I can't say enough good things about the food and the staff at this location.“

“Ordered take out and catering for a baby shower. My dad's favorite is chicken carbonara bacon, chicken, and mushrooms and Joe made it special by request. It was so good that we ordered it for the party. It was a big hit we ordered it for a baby shower with 50 guests. Delicious! Highly recommend! I'll be going here again. “The best pizza place local to me. When you walk in it smells of as a traditional Italian grandmas kitchen. My boyfriend was craving pizza so I brought him here. He got the meatball pie. The face he made after eating the first bite was him falling in love with me all over again ?. This place also has amazing gluten free and vegetarian options. I recommend this place to all my friends. Tight indoor dining but they have a cute patio outback that’s much more spacious. I personally always do take out.

Trying to do this as a surprise for my family, I was calling from Colorado not knowing true reputations. I not only found good Italian, I found fantastic and authentic! Sal's genuine care for my phone order was beyond words. I ordered trays of eggplant rollatini, chicken parmesan, lasagna, fresh vegetables and garlic knots which was fresh, hot and delivered on time. Can't say THANK YOU enough for helping me feel present with my family when I couldn't actually be present. “As a first timer at Nomad, I read reviews and saw several that complained about the service; so I was prepared for same. But have to say, the service was good. Our server was prompt to the table, gave us time to decide, and brought water. And so it went, no complaints. Pizza is no longer a cheap meal, so no problem with the prices, which are reasonable. The pies, well, they are a tasty, flavorful meal, with crust done perfectly. One of our party ordered an arugula salad, which he devoured. The Nutella desert pizza was not that impressive, but it did seem to disappear. Cheers!“

“It was Saturday evening the 11 of March . We ordered on line and went to pick it and they didn't get the order right away. “The food here is really good. My son had a chicken park sub and dogged it. :). And he’s Autistic and a bit picky, so that’s impressive. I had wings with blue cheese, and let me say — as a Buffalonian that knows good wings, they’re wings are very good!

It is an original and has been at the same location for 21 years. Being from Alabama - this is my first time in an actual deli. I essentially let Sal order for me and got the Super Cheesesteak. “Until yesterday, my favorite pizzeria was the one by my house in Linden NJ. Pizza Village Cafe III. My best friend took me to Alfonso’s with my husband yesterday May 6, 2024. She’s a regular customer. Boy has she made a great recommendation! The spaghetti with mushrooms was excellent. My husband had a meatball sub. He loved it. The server was very attentive, talkative and very nice. Even the appetizer bread was fresh. I also had a salad that came with it. The prices were decent. The restaurant was no frills on the exterior but beautiful inside. The music I didn’t like as it was way before my time but was good quality for an Italian restaurant. My husband was on salt and fluid restriction due to heart failure. The salt content in William’s food was moderate and satisfactory. They measured his soda for me so I can record it. Definitely 5 stars! My new favorite! Heck it even beat the legendary Spirito’s of Elizabeth NJ! Looking forward to next time I visit my best friend. I’ll ask to return to Alfonso’s!“

“My daughter is allergic to dairy. This was the first time she ever had pizza from a restaurant, which was a very big deal for her. PizzaTwist makes vegan pizza, and I spoke to a gentleman at the counter who kindly shared all the ingredients they use for the base, sauce, and cheese. I truly appreciate that he went out of his way to check the ingredients to ensure I was comfortable.

One suggestion I have is that they should display a printed list of all the ingredients they use for the base, sauce, and cheese. This would make customers, especially those with kids who have allergies, feel much more comfortable when ordering. I would order way more often for my daughter if I could see ingredients with my own eyes.“

“Make no mistake, this is 5-star pizza. Get a few “personal” pizzas for variety: a cheese, a white, and maybe a mushroom or pepperoni - well done. Absolutely the best in Somerset area. If you stop there for lunch, their slices are quite big, you only need 1. And the chicken fingers are a MUST. We just love Amici’s. I recommend calling them directly and pick up, or ask for delivery. “My family and I visit this place very often. It’s very clean and our food is always fresh. The portions are filling. If we have to wait, it may take 10-15 minutes but that’s fine. “We had lunch at the new restaurant in Highland Park. We had the falafel plate which had great flavor and was very filling. My sister had a slice of pizza which she said was really good. The new place is a vast improvement over the old store in East Brunswick.“

“Loved the thin crust GF pizza. We had it customized (half mex half spicy sausage). The mex part was layered with black beans and corn and topped with pico style tomatoes and onions. Spicy sausage had red and green sweet peppers layered on top of marinara and cheese. Was enough for two if you're not super hungry. The best part was that GF didn't feel like chewy/doughy unlike other pizzerias that sell GF pizza. It seems they make it from scratch using buck wheat.

“This place is a Rutgers College Ave staple! The staff was super nice and worked really quickly to get everyone’s orders taken care of. I love the online order option, it really helped keep the line moving. There is no seating inside but the steps next door seem like a common option to eat your slice.

My pizza was piping hot and tasted pretty good. I got a large pepperoni pizza and my kids gave it a 7/10. I’ll definitely be back for a late night snack after a football game some time soon. I can’t wait to try the chicken and vodka sauce pizza.

Kid-friendliness: Pizza is always a perfect choice for kids. This place was quick with my order and was really friendly. I wouldn’t bring my kids here late at night or on weekends because of the college student lifestyle. But midday or grabbing food to go would probably be better for grabbing a quick bite that the kids will enjoy.“
