“While I do like this location and staff, the food quality for mcdonald's in general has to improve. Fries were fresh and probably the best part of my meal. Chicken nuggets tasted like breaded chewing gum. I had a quarter pounder and it was so flavorless that it tasted like cardboard not even extra ketchup helped the patty which by the way looked like a cheeseburger patty. Nothing quarter pound about it. Will be back for the fries though.“

“I recently visited Charley’s Cheesesteaks and had their Philly cheesesteak- it was beyond awesome! The steak was tender and perfectly seasoned, paired with melted cheese that elevated the flavor. The bread was fresh and soft, holding everything together without being too heavy. Every bite was a burst of flavor, and you could tell the ingredients were top-notch. The portion size was satisfying. The staff was friendly and efficient, making the whole experience even better. If you're a cheesesteak lover, Charley’s is a must-try! I’ll definitely be coming back to try more from their menu.“

“I come to this jersey mikes very often since I work really close. I’d say I’m there at least once a week. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming and I’m always greeted with smiles and happy faces. I get jersey mikes so often the staff has memorized my order. I’m always asked how my day at work is going along with many other great conversations. The staff works so hard and so well together it always makes my day when I walk in for lunch and the energy in the room is so incredibly positive!! Along with having the best tasting sandwiches!!“

“Had a problem with my burger that the lead manager came over and fixed promptly, but the bespectacled man who took our order was passive-aggressive and very condescending. According to our receipt, apparently the man's name was Lorenzo. In the first place, Lorenzo refused to even take my order until my fiancé (who was with me) ordered her food first. The reason Lorenzo gave for this was simply an insistence on "ladies first!" While Lorenzo had a point about this being good manners and proper etiquette, for him to be as adamant and imposing about it was rude, inappropriate and uncalled-for in the context of a customer service experience. Not only this, but every time I politely asked him a question about if a certain condiment had been placed on my order or not, he would reply "You already said that" in an extremely passive-aggressive manner if I managed to accidentally repeat myself. Lorenzo's whole attitude made it seem like he was trying to make me look as bad as he possibly could in front of my woman, which makes me wonder if perhaps it was a lame- brained attempt to steal someone else's lady. Apparently, he felt that I needed to be "put in my place", when I in fact did nothing to deserve this treatment. All I did was initiate was a simple business transaction. This whole encounter made me feel like a victim of reverse racism, due to the fact the cashier in question was black and he was acting like he was under the impression that white people owe him something besides the money they pay for their food at this location. And if not reverse racism, then I am accusing Lorenzo of blatant gender-on-gender misandry.“

“They're always running specials either in store or in the App, so if you watch for them, you'll get good deals.
This area of Rt. 46 has several fast-food choices so it's generally a good area for a quick check meal but this is our go-to when in the area also because it's the only Arby's for quite a distance in New Jersey.

Just wanted to add this. Why are 2 of the reviews for this location using identical photos and saying they spent $30-50 each which is ridiculous!?“

“I just wanted to shout out the woman working the drive thru on Thanksgiving eve a few days ago, I think she said her name was Melissa or Marisa but it also could have been Amanda 😂 She was short with brown hair, don’t know if that’s helpful 🤷‍♀️ Anyway she was a super boss managing a crazy drive thru line and 6 employees in the kitchen while being sold out of several key ingredients. She offered me alternatives and I declined, but somehow magically ended up having nacho fries (something they were out of) in my bag when I left. I couldn’t give nearly as nice of a tip to the whole staff as I wanted, but I hope the fact that I gave something to all of them showed my appreciation for everyone there that night. The drive thru woman is an incredibly hard worker and I was impressed with her composure and kindness.“

“They were a bit backed at lunch, perhaps short staffed and working on an order of 25 sandwiches, but we pulled over after the drive thru, waited no more than 5 minutes and they brought out our meal for 4. The chicken sandwiches are absolutely delicious and way better than anything at Chick Fil-A especially if you like a little paprika and zest to your meal. The size of the chicken on the bun was enormous! The fries were warm and crispy. I think they are properly staffed, them I would go here over any other far good option.“

“This Burger King in Roxbury is good, but they need a slight improvement in service. I ordered Double Whopper with Onion Rings, and it was good as usual. Besides regular stuff, their Hershey's Sundae Pie is amazing. It is almost as good as Edward's Chocolate Pie available in the market.“
