“I come to this jersey mikes very often since I work really close. I’d say I’m there at least once a week. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming and I’m always greeted with smiles and happy faces. I get jersey mikes so often the staff has memorized my order. I’m always asked how my day at work is going along with many other great conversations. The staff works so hard and so well together it always makes my day when I walk in for lunch and the energy in the room is so incredibly positive!! Along with having the best tasting sandwiches!!“

“Had a problem with my burger that the lead manager came over and fixed promptly, but the bespectacled man who took our order was passive-aggressive and very condescending. According to our receipt, apparently the man's name was Lorenzo. In the first place, Lorenzo refused to even take my order until my fiancé (who was with me) ordered her food first. The reason Lorenzo gave for this was simply an insistence on "ladies first!" While Lorenzo had a point about this being good manners and proper etiquette, for him to be as adamant and imposing about it was rude, inappropriate and uncalled-for in the context of a customer service experience. Not only this, but every time I politely asked him a question about if a certain condiment had been placed on my order or not, he would reply "You already said that" in an extremely passive-aggressive manner if I managed to accidentally repeat myself. Lorenzo's whole attitude made it seem like he was trying to make me look as bad as he possibly could in front of my woman, which makes me wonder if perhaps it was a lame- brained attempt to steal someone else's lady. Apparently, he felt that I needed to be "put in my place", when I in fact did nothing to deserve this treatment. All I did was initiate was a simple business transaction. This whole encounter made me feel like a victim of reverse racism, due to the fact the cashier in question was black and he was acting like he was under the impression that white people owe him something besides the money they pay for their food at this location. And if not reverse racism, then I am accusing Lorenzo of blatant gender-on-gender misandry.“

“I love white castle, but the people who work there aren't ever happy or enthusiastic about your dining in. No music at all and I know they have it but don't play anything it's like a morgue eating inside. When I asked about the 1921 burger the kids said he has never tried it, but he looked like he couldn't be bothered. Better off going through the drive lane and just eat in your car.“

“Great smash burger. Slight crisp on the outside like a smash burger should but flavorful and moist inside. Their sauce reminded me of Colombian salsa rosada. Yum. Schwarma was delicious. Rice had good flavor and texture and the chicken was moist and bursting with flavor. The service was so friendly. Can't wait to go back“

On this visit I ordered the Brisket sandwich combo meal .it was served fresh made and quickly. It tasted great !

“This was probably the CLEANEST fast food location I've ever been to. The bathroom, the counters, and the dining areas are spotless. And the bathroom didn't smell bad either. I had to come on here and write the review because of how impressed I was. My order was also fully correct. I usually make changes to my burger and they got everything right. I even placed my order through the app and it was ready before I even got to the restaurant (7 minute timeframe). The manager must be running the place like it's the Navy. Thank you guys, keep up the good work.“
“Stopped here on the way home for a quick bite with the family. The smash burgers were absolutely amazing. My son had TWO hot dogs (which he never does anywhere else). We all shared the fries. I would definitely recommend a road trip for this place!
While waiting for the food we chatted with the owners. One of which is a Vietnam Veteran. He was currently dressed up as Santa (since it’s December) waiving at cars and handing out Candy Canes for the kids.“

“The three individuals working there today at 1pm were not only professional but a very well oiled machine. Communication with constructive feedback when error occurred while immediately implementing the correction for future orders. They worked together to get mobile orders and in person orders out immediately. There was no wait. They were awesome and definitely deserve recognition and a raise!“

“Good food. Burgers and chicken fries were very tasty. However the drive through layout is strange. You can buy at the drive through but then you must exit their premises and get on to rt 10. If you want to sit in your car at their parking lot and eat you cannot.“

“Honestly, couldn’t ask for better food. It’s genuinely changed my life. I’m gonna be a Taco Bell fan for life. Cheesy bean and rice burrito, chefs kiss. “Placed a drive-thru order at the end of my 12hr shift and arrived to an insanely long line. Dead tired I just wanted to cancel the order and go home but couldn't through the app. Admittedly was a little annoyed I couldn't go in since they closed the dining room and probably looked crazy trying to talk to the guy through the drive through window. After calling the store they were able to cancel my order. 100% apologize for any attitude I had but the manager on duty was super great and highly appreciated what he did.“

“While I do like this location and staff, the food quality for mcdonald's in general has to improve. Fries were fresh and probably the best part of my meal. Chicken nuggets tasted like breaded chewing gum. I had a quarter pounder and it was so flavorless that it tasted like cardboard not even extra ketchup helped the patty which by the way looked like a cheeseburger patty. Nothing quarter pound about it. Will be back for the fries though.“
