I even called to compliment them, and i don’t think I’ve ever done that. It was that good. My fiancé also said he agrees it’s the best Chinese food he’s ever had.“

It was far my first experience there, but this time I was the bride. The amount of pressure their event team took off of my shoulders was incredible. Their level of support and attention to detail earned my trust instantly. From handmade bouquets for me and my bridesmaids, boutonnières for my dad and the ring bearer. We all now have a timeless keepsake! They made my rustic fall lakeside dream come true with the centerpieces and decor. Michelle and Boomer ROCKED! Patty took immaculate care of the room and Sue and John kept the drinks full and on point! Service was fantastic on all fronts.

We had our ceremony out in the beautifully decorated gazebo. They reserved the downstairs for us as well in case the weather didn’t hold up, and set up an hors d'oeuvres area for the bridal party during pictures! Chef Mario’s food was spectacular from start to finish. The prime rib was absolutely divine!
I ordered a plain white cake from a local bakery and Michelle their event coordinator added roses to it to go with the theme of the ball room.

I highly recommend this venue for any party. They absolutely blew me away. I was overwhelmingly grateful for every bit of time they put into planning and executing our dream wedding. When I was nervous about the order of events they were there assuring me we were on schedule. When I wasn’t sure what poses to do for our photos, the owner stepped right in and took charge resulting in some of my favorite shots. You can tell they truly care about events as if it were their own and I’m glad it seemed as though they had fun doing it!

“We’ve always loved breweries for their family friendly atmosphere including this one. Today we felt shamed for bringing kids and using tables by an employee. She not only scolded us but continued to talk crap and point us out to the other employees. We love the beer and the place but can’t understand why this happened when half the other tables were empty at the point she made a big fuss about it. Definitely not a chill brewery like we’re used to.“

“I'm so glad a location opened so close to home. Before this, the closest one was in Livingston. The smoothies are fantastic and the food is pretty good too. I wasn't expecting the food to be that tasty, coming from a smoothie place. Not only did I like the food, but so did my 2 year olds...talk about picky eaters (they love the chicken!).

Great smoothies and great food, what else can you ask for? But wait, there's more! As good as their product is, the staff is even better. Each and every one of them are super friendly and always have smiles on their faces. They are very accommodating for my kids and are such generally nice people.

“My favorite place to stop at on the lake for an ice-cream. We usually paddle up to the docks on our SUPs (stand up paddleboard). Grab a cone of real (Jefferson Dairy I believe) ice-cream and then back on the lack for some awesome paddling.
Highly recommended for a quick bite, all kinds of tchotchkes, signs, toys, games and a bunch of other stuff that I believe are locally made. It's a must visit, especially for those that want to revisit simpler times.“

“I was in the area and decided to stop in for a sub. My bf has been coming here for years and swears by this deli as one of the best around.This mom and pop deli is not much to look at from the outside.They have free parking out front with several spots they share with another business.Once inside you can see why they call this place The Parsippany Deli/ Emerald Gifts aka The Irish Deli.As soon as you walk in the front door, they have a glass counter that displays beautiful China from Ireland. They sell teas, marmalade, sausages, bacon, black and white pudding, Irish candies, also Brennan's bread.During the month of March they make and sell homemade Irish Soda Bread.As you make your way to the front counter you will meet owner Eddie, and Avril. They were both very friendly and told me about their business. Posted on the counter is their sandwich and salad menus.The Parsippany deli/Emerald gifts has been in business for 50 years, now I know why. Their prices are reasonable, and everything is homemade. They also do catering.They roast all their own meats like Roast Beef, Turkey Breast, and Baked Virginia Ham. I highly suggest getting a half of a sub. It’s as big as most whole subs.This place doesn’t skimp on their meats, just the opposite.When I got home and opened up my sub I was pleasantly surprised, and couldn’t believe how much meat was on it. It was probably one of the best Italian subs I’ve ever had and I’ve been all over for subs.I ordered their Italian Sub - Ham, Salami, Capocollo they call it Hot Ham, and Cheese. I got mine with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, mayo, oil and vinegar. It was really delicious. I wound up eating a half of a half and saved the rest for later.My bf ordered their Roast Beef n American Cheese Sub. The Roast Beef was cooked perfectly rare and piled on the sandwich with lettuce, tomato, oil and vinegar. He enjoyed it so much he ate the entire thing.I also ordered 2 of their homemade salads. Macaroni and Potato Salad. The macaroni was my favorite. It was rich and creamy.I highly recommend this place, you won’t be disappointed

“Friendly neighborhood cafe. Coffee and lattes are excellent. They do seasonal drinks and hot chocolate in the winter. Probably the best lattes in the area. The bagels are always hot and fresh. It gets pretty busy on weekends but they are really efficient. There’s a lot of indoor and outdoor seating. Parking is on the street or a lot across the street. If you order bacon or Taylor ham on your sandwich, there is a lot of it. They really don’t skimp. The prices are good comparatively. A bacon egg and cheese bagel was under 8 dollars, and I will be full all day. So much crispy bacon. Service is always friendly, even when they are slammed.“

I like to sit at the tables and seats next to the windows where I can see everything that happens in the corner...the waitresses are very friendly and the service is fast. The coffee is always fresh. I really enjoy the simplicity of the place, without culinary pretensions, Mexican food for Mexicans, simple and delicious in my opinion, without DRAMA (by the way, I'm Colombian).
