Typical stand located inside the food court at Newport Mall offering good beef noodle soup and other dumpling dishes.
They don’t have trays for customers so it’s a hassle to bring dishes to the tables nearby.

Tried it for the first time today and it was amazinggg. Hidden gem in the mall food court. We tried the beef rice bowl and the fried crispy chicken rice bowl. The chicken was crispy and the spices blended together so well. The beef bowl was also some of the best ive tried.

The guys at the front were really nice and helpful with what to recommend too.

I order the Taiwanese Beef Noodle Soup and the Soy eggs. Both of them are authentically prepared. The portion of the beef and vegetables are very generous. Noodles are handmade and cooked to Al Dente style, which is perfect for this type of soup. Soy eggs are nicely flavored and taste fresh.
