“I have went here like thousand times, cutting 1 star for bad service. If I ask them about my order even if its right on their shelfs they don’t give it. I have to wait n after 5-10 mins they give me. Got to have patience.
Parking: Lot of space in front of Mcd“
“The staff here are really nice, and that makes this one of the best McD around here. Though this is kinda of a smaller place with fewer seats than other ones in and around Jersey City, this has a better vibe and is always cleaner and nice, too. I do recommend this! It's worth checking out if you plan to have McD today!!“
“As a resident who lives on the Area I use to frequent MCDONALD'S alot...the food is always fresh and the drinks were always cold...staff pleasant..but kinda slow moving especially in the middle of the day when the rush comes....but there is 2 people that are always on point getting them in and out..the young man with the glasses who works register from mid day to the evening. He customer service skills are top notch..and he is excellent in multi tasking helping getting the rush in and out. Then the young lady that works from evening to closing who. Also runs register. Very friendly customer service skills are on point and she also is very good at multi tasking in my opinion they both deserve a raise. The store also stay clean..so I like the way it is now opposed to the way it was..thank you for the hot fries.
Parking: Plenty of parking because its adjacent to a strip mall“
“Been going here for years. It seems to be the same management team in the mornings. Foods always good. Bathroom clean. The issue is, first of all the seating area is hot. Over 80° hot in the winter with the heat blasting that you are sweating bullets eating. That is if you're lucky enough to get a seat. The 4 or 5 tables are usually occupied a single older, possibly migrant men drinking a coffee and just sitting there for who knows how long.“
“Of course food was rated low, but for such a busy location you’d think the employees would be running around throwing orders out, but this is not the case! Every time I’ve gone in the room is clean and the people behind the counter are nothing but kind and helpful. Even in cases where there might be some mixup or altercation (I’ve seen some crazy customers) everything seems to run smoothly and I always get someone asking me if I need anything. It’s fast, filling, and easy; exactly what a McDonald’s should be.“
“All McDonald's, for the most part, are the same but I will say that the staff here is pretty dope. For whatever reason, Allen (overnight shift) is always my first point of contact in the Drive Thru window, but it's cool because he always have a good attitude about him. Maybe I just go to McDonald's too much. “
“It's a McDonalds so if you been to one then you know what it looks like inside. Basically clean-ish and service with a smile. The one thing I didn't like at all was the delivery drivers from apps such as Uber Eats and Grubhub sit inside and outside waiting for food orders. When I was there I believe I heard them get alerted of orders but they did not accept it because the tone kept going off on different phones. It looks like if they don't like the amount of the order they will let it go to the next person until they get a good one with high amount.“
“The atmosphere of the location is pretty good, Food does takes longer than expected to come out and sometimes the place is often dirty.
Parking: The place has around 10 parking spots and on average, 4/10 spots are normally taken.
Wheelchair accessibility: Has tables that offer wheelchair accessibility but entering the location is rather difficult/annoying“
“Really enjoyed my time here in the shopping mall, very accessible via Path or a convenient Uber drop off. It’s not an extremely huge mall but have very decent brands and definitely covers everything you need with more than 100 stores across health & beauty, sports, fashion, f&b, and even a cinema at the top level. 3 floors of amazing shopping options which you can easily spend half a day at! Love the presence of Macy’s, Kohl, JCPenney, and Cheesecake factory just to name a few. The 3rd floor hosts an array of food establishments as well. Only downside is that the restrooms are only located on the third floor in the entire mall which is pretty disappointing and inconvenient.“
