McDonald's in Jersey City

“Really enjoyed my time here in the shopping mall, very accessible via Path or a convenient Uber drop off. It’s not an extremely huge mall but have very decent brands and definitely covers everything you need with more than 100 stores across health & beauty, sports, fashion, f&b, and even a cinema at the top level. 3 floors of amazing shopping options which you can easily spend half a day at! Love the presence of Macy’s, Kohl, JCPenney, and Cheesecake factory just to name a few. The 3rd floor hosts an array of food establishments as well. Only downside is that the restrooms are only located on the third floor in the entire mall which is pretty disappointing and inconvenient.“

“The staff here are really nice, and that makes this one of the best McD around here. Though this is kinda of a smaller place with fewer seats than other ones in and around Jersey City, this has a better vibe and is always cleaner and nice, too. I do recommend this! It's worth checking out if you plan to have McD today!!“

“Ivy ,Hellen and Rania they are a wonderful team everything came out nice quick hot food is delicious but most of all Ivy's smile and energy is amazing 🤩😍 I would really come back as long as these girls are in the front they make an awesome team friendly smiles they greet you wonderful team can't say anything bad about them Good job girls“

“McDonald’s is usually pretty okay at best. Went here with my wife and was extremely impressed with the crew here. We ordered our food (waited 5 minutes for it) and went upstairs to a small place to eat. As we ate I watched the crew here take pride in their work. Everything is cleaned after every order. Very very impressed.“

“Friendly and helpful service! The self-order machine failed to print or display the order number, so the friendly lady at the counter scrolled through the orders and found it in no time at all. The place seems to be popular among parents with kids. The food is what it is in most other McDonalds restaurants: fast and unhealthy.“

“All McDonald's, for the most part, are the same but I will say that the staff here is pretty dope. For whatever reason, Allen (overnight shift) is always my first point of contact in the Drive Thru window, but it's cool because he always have a good attitude about him. Maybe I just go to McDonald's too much. “

“It's a McDonalds so if you been to one then you know what it looks like inside. Basically clean-ish and service with a smile. The one thing I didn't like at all was the delivery drivers from apps such as Uber Eats and Grubhub sit inside and outside waiting for food orders. When I was there I believe I heard them get alerted of orders but they did not accept it because the tone kept going off on different phones. It looks like if they don't like the amount of the order they will let it go to the next person until they get a good one with high amount.“

“I don't even know where to start. I waited 20 minutes in the drive-thru, only to get home and find my order was completely wrong. The fries were cold and soggy, like they'd been sitting out for an hour, and the burger looked like it had been thrown together. This isn't just a one-off bad day; this location is consistently a mess. It's a gamble every single time you go, and you usually lose. Save yourself the time and frustration and just go anywhere else.“
