She anticipated my needs, made sure I ate and drank (both water and champagne), removed random stains that appeared throughout the day, bustled my dress in what felt like 30 seconds, and made sure everything was perfect.We knew the food and drinks were going to be fantastic from the raving reviews we heard through family and friends - but the LW blew us away. People STILL talk about how good the food was and I'm sure they will for years to come. From the tasting 2-3 months before, you are hidden on-site and try everything that couple is having that wedding night. Most of the options we ended up choosing for our own wedding, too! (pro tip- get the beef lo mein station!!!) Having our cocktail hour food set up for us with our signature drinks the moment our ceremony ended was such a blessing. We ate and giggled and we were simply in awe at how perfect it all was just before freshening up and entering our reception.The staff at the LW executed an absolutely perfect evening and timeline. They coordinated dances and dinner with our band, ensured the bridal party was where they needed to be and when, and took care of our parents, grandparents, etc. all day long. From the valet and bathroom attendants, to the coordinators and management, and whoever helped gather my belongings at the end of the night - thank you, THANK YOU, thank you. From the bottom of our hearts, our wedding day was absolutely, undeniably perfect. I'd recommend the Liberty Warehouse for any upscale event and can chat about it for hours on end.“
“The wedding venue is beautiful. The food was great especially the desert the outside grounds are so beautiful for pictures. It place was really clean and just a great place to have a wedding. Joe'l was amazing!!! Cannot say enough about Joe'l super nice very professional, accommodating !! Cannot say enough about her. My only complaint was the attendance that took care of my daughter..... or should I say was supposed to take care of her. They did help with pictures etc... they asked many times if we needed additional help but I had to go to clean the room can we have more champagne that should be done automatically I should not have had to run up and down stairs to ask to have a room tidied up and also to get more champagne also we had to ask for hot coffee.,. My biggest disappointed was the mai'tred at the wedding not once came up to my husband or I or even the bride or groom once asking us if we needed a drink he introduced himself said he was there to help us after that no show. We waited on long lines just to get a drink. My other daughter's wedding we were waited on hand and foot. Especially the bride and groom should have been treated differently. lastly a little disappointed my baskets for the bathroon were never put out again I had to find the attendance to ask for them that something I should not have to do. When we received the baskets back they were empty there was no way every wedding guest took everything out of the baskets just kinda strange they wold keep everything????? Again the hall is great, amazing ......but the staff running the wedding questionable. If you go ask for Joe'l you will love her!!!! She's the best!!! She actually was getting the parents of the bride a drink she saw me waiting on line so that tells you a lot about her.“
“I recently threw a party for about 40 people at our clubhouse and used custodi caterers. What an unbelievable experience from working with Chris on the menu to the details of coat racks! We had a bartender and 3 servers for passed hors d'oevres while Chris and his team worked their magic behind the scenes. They were on time, patient, professional, pleasant and cleaned up so well you wouldn't know we had a party. The food was AMAZING, I have zero complaints and will be using them again in the future for every catering event.“
