“Seafood pimps was the best decision I could had made to celebrate my 56th birthday. I decided to purchase the Nexf ix & Chill. First the presentation was SUPERB. The crabs, mussels and shrimp were FRESH and DELECTABLE. The vegetables were seasoned to perfection. least of them all the amount that you receive is enough to feed a full size family, and we only ordered for two. I will definitely be back. I recommend Seafood Pimps to anyone that enjoy fresh mouth watering seafood.“

“Bayonne’s finest. Thr pastrami reuben is the thing to come for apparently. It wasn’t too fatty which was good and sliced thin. It was kind of hard to eat though but who cares. Solid reuben. The Homemade apple cake is delicious and I recommend. Portions are huge and service is friendly. Glad I came.“

“My husband and I had our 40th birthday here this past weekend. We worked with Te'Niijah and she was great! At this venue, you must expect that you have to bring almost everything yourself except tables and chairs (and the provide black linen if that's the color you're going for which worked out for us). They also have 4 small black couches and 2 coffee tables you can use. They also provide a small stand alone bar. We added 3 regular tables around it to make a larger bar since we had 100 people. You should plan how much time you will need to set up vs clean up when figuring out your party time slots. We did a cocktail hour turned nightclub, hired bartenders and waitstaff (from John Claude Catering - who I would highly recommend!) and had no issues with set up time or clean up. JC staff took care of most of the clean up. I just had to get everything out by the time I promised I would be out by, which wasn't an issue. The space was exactly what we were looking for, exposed brick with that lounge vibe. We loved the long hallway before you entered - there is so much you can do with the space. The staff set up 2 tables in the hallway around 10pm (our party was over at midnight). One table was for cigars and the other was for McDonalds. It was a nice surprise that no one can see until they left the main party room. I tagged The Loft on IG so you should be able to see the rest of the set up from there. I would highly recommend having a party here! We loved it!“

“Very nice wedding venue. Attended my cousin's wedding here and was very impressed with the food, especially during the cocktail hour. Staff was quick to remove plates when the next course was ready to be served and the bartender on our side of the room made the rounds to each table to see who wanted a refill on their beverage. It was fun celebration.“

“There is a reason Chef Mark and Remarkable Cuisine are the only people I will work with when hosting an event and I CANNOT say enough good things about the entire team, notably Tara who allows you to be the crazy host and is patient and kind and ultimately just wants to make sure you get what you want and are happy with the result. First and foremost, the food is delicious. Second, Tara and Mark really make planning an event a fun and stress free experience. They listen to your vision and come back with menus and presentation suggestions that are perfect. I’ve done everything from big parties to intimate dinners with them and each time has been a delicious culinary experience that my guests rave about. And they are extremely accommodating! Most recent event I wanted a menu that worked for adults and kids - playful but still adult appropriate. They nailed it. We had a perfectly curated menu that everyone loved and the details were impeccable. For our burger bar for example, I asked if we could add some fun toppings to the mix. Chef Mark and Tara came back with a multitude of items for the display and they were a HIT with the guests. Execution was perfect, food was fired throughout the night so nothing felt old or like it had been sitting out all day. The servers were extremely kind and helpful - made you feel welcomed and at home and that is really important to me when hosting in my home. Remarkable is high end, professional, delicious - not your cookie cutter catering. Further, the experience is consistent EVERY TIME (I’ve done multiple events now so I can say this) and really only has gotten better. I like to host and the one thing you just can’t screw up is the food and the service. It’ll ruin a party. So if you want to guarantee that your guests will be talking about the food the next day, and commenting on how extraordinary the service is, call Remarkable asap.“

“We feel so lucky that we found Tere and Jam Cakery. It took us many tries to find a NY bakery that (1) could make a vegan wedding cake (2) wasn’t way too sickly sweet and (3) was within our budget. I’m an amateur vegan baker, so after 2 no-go cake tastings, I was prepared to give up and make our wedding cake myself – thankfully we found Jam Cakery shortly after and I’m so relieved we did.

Not only is Tere very kind and warm, but she makes really, really good cake. We loved meeting her for our cake tasting, she was so flexible working with us to get the flavors we wanted (we landed on lemon basil cake with fresh strawberries and cream cheese buttercream), and understood our desire to not have the cake be overly sweet. She didn’t balk when we asked for 4 tiers (some bakers we talked to said vegan cake wasn’t structurally sound for that), and she hand delivered our cake on the big day.

Our guests loved our cake, and many of them were shocked that it was vegan.

Unlike so many wedding vendors out there, Jam Cakery doesn’t upcharge for weddings. I look forward to getting future celebration cakes from Tere.

“Do you know how hard it is to find a good, reasonable, reliable caterer??? Especially when it's for a work event and everyone is relying on you to feed a room full of hungry employees on a budget?? Well let me tell you, it's not easy! I have used DR Catering 3 times now, twice for large team meetings at work (25 people) and today for our annual team bbq (30+ people). The owner Domenick is responsive, professional and flexible! Previously we used restaurants that also do catering for our work events, and there was always something missing from the order, or charged incorrectly, or just plain screwed up. What I love best about DR Catering is they are not a restaurant that also does catering, they are a caterer and that means they do nothing but catering and they get everything right the first time! My team members have absolutely raved about the quality and taste of the food provided, and there is always plenty of it, they do not skimp! I've told my entire department about DR Catering and I know some of our other teams have used them as well and gave been just as happy with their results! I look forward to continuing to use Domenick's company for ALL our team events! I NEVER want to have to find another caterer! Thank you Domenick, my team and I are so glad we found you!“
