I took an order of garlic pork chops which were delicious and a great value to go for dinner later! The waiter I don't know if I'm spelling it right, Solo was terrific and attentive and he had a full bar to deal with too! I will probably go there today again!

“My usual is a 10 piece dark meat (legs & thighs). I think this is the best fried chicken in town. Better than Popeyes and the other big chains. Prices have certainly gone up the last 3 years but that's because of inflation and supply chain disruptions.“

I got potato salad. That was delicious a soup with pork in it and vegetables, rice and beans and a vegetable dish with okra and plantains. Hubby was looking for something to eat and found Dominican Pica Pollo. Fried chicken with Dominican seasoning, it's so good.

I got the sandwich and hubby got chicken pieces. Have to say I prefer the chicken pieces. The chicken in the sandwich was a little overcooked so it was very dry, even though it is wonderfully seasoned.

Will go back for the chicken pieces yum.“

“This is my go to Chinese restaurant. As a vegan I don’t trust many Chinese restaurants will make the food vegan. They often include fish sauce, shrimp paste or some other unwanted seasoning, and with the language barrier it can be difficult to know for sure. This place does it right with good fresh food and lots of vegan choices including tofu dishes and many faux meat options. My favorite is Kung Po Tofu. Sooo good. Prices are very reasonable as well! Try this restaurant out. You won’t be disappointed.

Vegetarian options: Check out their menu under Vegetables you’ll find the tofu dishes (my go to section) and under veggie meals you’ll see all the faux meat classics like sesame “chicken” or “beef” with broccoli… fresh and well prepared.

Dietary restrictions: This is a great place for vegans, vegetarians and meat eaters too. Lots of faux meat options prepared with vegan ingredients. All food is fresh, prepared quickly and delivered without a delay in my experience.“
