The banana pudding smoothie is my personal favorite, but every item I’ve tried has been excellent. Most options have around 20–30 grams of protein, making it easy to enjoy something sweet without feeling like you are compromising your nutrition goals.

Tino is also one of the nicest people you will ever meet. He makes everyone feel welcome and clearly cares about both the quality of the food and the customer experience. The interior is beautifully decorated, the atmosphere is inviting, and the overall vibes are amazing.
