“My family wanted indian after apple picking and we couldn’t find a place until I looked up Indian and found them. It said 5 stars and the ratings were not wrong. This restaurant was absolutely amazing. The food was excellent and there were so many choices. All of the food was worth it. I’ve been to many Indian restaurants and this place is in my top 3. The owner is such an amazing, hardworking, and sweet woman. She told us her story about for 20 years she’s wanted to have a restaurant yet she took the time to support and take care of her kids. It was heartwarming. She also told us a story of a father and a daughter who were starving and came to the door after close hoping they didn’t close yet. The chefs left, but she didn’t want them hungry. She still let them in and she cooked dinner for them and didn’t let them pay. It was for free. She expresses how being able to give food is a blessing and the biggest reward is being able to give food for people in need and feeding the people. She deserves this restaurant. Not only is she an amazing woman, but the bigger plus is the food is absolutely amazing. The naan, aloo papri chaat, chicken tikka masala, lamb rogan josh, lamb tikka masala, paneer tikka masala. All of it was amazing and so flavorful. For the spice levels my brother and I got medium and my parents got medium plus and the spice levels were perfect.“

“Passing by the area and came across this pizza place was a little sceptical about the place was pleasantly surprised. Ordered the chicken keema pizza and panner tikka and chicken 65 food and Limca( Indian soda) highly recommended with pizza. Everything was fresh and very flavorful definitely coming back here when I’m in the area.“

“My husband and I were craving Indian so we decided to try this place. Firstly, picking up it was the nicest customer service. The man was so personal and friendly, it was like walking into a family restaurant. He gave me a tea, some yummy dessert and he didn’t even want to accept money for it.

Secondly, we devoured everything. It was all so delicious and it filled us all up. We got three things but the chicken tikka was amazing.

“This place is a collection of restaurants with variety of food. You can get everything here from Momos, to gol gappas! I always take dosa from Gopal's, their schezwan is best yet. My kids love tandoori chicken and Naan. They have super delicious smoothies. They have a Pan place and a mini sweets shop. Whenever we go to New Jersey, we make sure to come here. Definitely recommend.“

“On August 30th, 2025, we enjoyed a fantastic lunch at New Shan-E-Punjab. We tried the mix non-veg platters, goat biriyani, and the non-veg thali. The food was truly delicious, with rich, authentic flavors that made every dish memorable. The goat biriyani was outstanding—aromatic rice with tender, well-cooked meat. The non-veg thali offered a delightful variety, and the mix platters were perfect for sharing. The portion sizes were excellent, making it a great value as well. All cuisines were great and there are a lot (in Indian cuisine there are a variety of cuisines) you can try. The place itself looks a bit old and the tables can use a bit of work. I have eaten here since a few years and I assure you there is no change in the quality or the taste, I love how consistent they are. Saw Google and decided to visit this restaurant . At first , we kinda were joking around looking at the restaurant as there were no customers . Location was a bit wierd. .. we went in and asked if there was food and the Indian lady came and was kind of shocked to see 12 of us coming in . She said she will start cooking then and will take time .We almost wanted to leave the place because we weren’t confident of how fast they will prepare.. to all our surprise , she was able to cook food quickly and the food was deliciousssssssssss.. its almost like our mom cooking at home . We had unlimited thali.she brought us dolls , samosa , kichadi , rotis , undhiyiu, potato bhaji, gulab jamun, chaas etc. all my friends were happy and had a fantastic meal . She said to call her next time before coming , so she can prepare all food :) even though it was a slow start , we were so happy with the food .It’s truly a hidden gem . “I had my daughters Ameen here this past Saturday. We had an over 100 people and everyone liked the food. As part of the dinner we had chicken nuggets and fries, channa chaat and chicken 65 for appetizers. For the main courses we had chicken biryani, karahi chicken, goat korma, chicken noodles, and mixed grill. They provided salad, naan, and chutneys. For dessert we had kheer and gulab jamun.
