“Came here for the first time- we’re Vegans, and sometimes it’s difficult to find an Indian restaurant that has many vegan options. The staff went out of their way to help us find the vegan options on the menu, and when they were out of some ingredients to make certain dishes (it’s Diwali, and so it’s a busy time of year) that featured mushrooms and tofu, they actually custom created a dish so that we could try more of what they have to offer. A great experience, and will definitely be coming back!

Whether we get take out or dine in, the staff is extremely friendly, the food is fresh and flavorful, the music is calming jazz and the booths are so comfortable. “This has become one of our go-to places to gather with friends and family. Funny enough, it was actually an Italian coworker who first got me hooked on their buffet about 13 years ago.. and I’ve been coming back ever since.

They have both round and rectangular tables (the rounds even come with a lazy Susan), and the staff is great about arranging them for larger groups. We were a party of six adults and three kids this time… everyone fit comfortably at the round table, even with the little ones in regular chairs.

We’ve hosted my niece’s birthday here before when the family rented out the entire place… and the food was phenomenal then…it still is now. The dishes range from mild to medium spicy, with plenty of chutneys and pickles on the side if you want to turn up the heat or add extra flavor. The kids always find something they love too..especially the lentil dishes with naan or rice.

If you haven’t been in a while, you might notice the decor’s been refreshed… more neutral tones and simpler artwork. Some of our friends were surprised, but honestly, we come for the food, not the walls!

I had Masala dosa, poori with aloo subji and sooji ka halwa, and I can say that I lived my life today eating this yummy food, which is not easy to get outside home. “I visited this Indian restaurant on my visit to Morristown. This is located in a busy junction and mid of town. Parking will be challenging but after couple of rounds found parking in front of the restaurant.
The interior of the restaurant is amazing and definitely feels special. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. They had a buffet for their lunch so decided to go with that. The collection in buffet is very good for the price. Also they provide the Naan/Bread to the table and also the Tandoori chicken apetizer to the table. Those 2 were very good, rest of the buffet was good but I wouldnt try that next time. Noodles was good, gravy tasted bland to me, Overall it was a good experience and will visit this restaurant again to try their ala carte menu.“

“I was there earlier today with a group of friends for the Christmas special Bengali Food Festival. We were quite impressed by the menu selection. The food was not oily& spicy at all,hence even the kids enjoyed the food. The service was good. I wish the restaurant would be more spacious. Other than that I would highly recommend this place.“

Its hard to find good Indian food and I must say, I've been coming here for more than 20 years and I still will be coming more and more! Out of all the restaurants in parsippany & Rt 46, I specially come down to Wayne to eat this amazing food. my fav is the sag panir, malai kofta, and vegetable biryani. I love the one waitress and how she explained the spice levels according to chiptole and taco bell! the uncle who is the owner always greets everyone like hes known them for years. “Came here for a quick family dinner since my son attends Seton Hall. Service was kind and prompt. Food was excellent. We ordered Non Veg grill, Chicken Tikka, Chicken Keema, Butter Chicken, Paneer Tikka Masala and Chole and Taka Dal. All of the items had balanced flavors, and heat levels were perfect. So many indian restaurants just make food spicy and leave it at that. Not this place. Every dish was unique in flavor even though we ordered the standard go to indian dishes.Serving sizes were ample and more than plenty for our 9 person table to share with one another. Oh and the garlic naan was soft and pliable as well. Will definitely return. Thank you!“

“Everything was divinely delicious! I highly recommend both the crab and spinach with goat cheese appetizers! The seasoning on the entress was amazing, you can taste every spice! Truly delicious is an understatement! As for dessert, I can't recall what the exact name is but it's a lentil based pudding and omg, pure heaven! The service, the atmosphere, the people, the place, the music, the cleanliness.....I absolutely loved it all! I adore this place! Can't wait to go back, every blessing for the new year guys! “Visited there 2 weeks ago..a large selection of Indian food we were a group of 12 people we ordered a lot of stuff most of the food were good except couple of things …
Only part I did not did not like the manager or the cashier was trying to sell too much to us we end up wasting the food … I guess he want to make his sale by seeing a large group

“I had my son's first birthday at Rishtta and Madhi and his staff made it a truly memorable and oustanding event!

Working with Mr. Madhi at Rishtta was a pleasure. I planned a morning pooja followed by a lunch birthday party and he not only opened up the hall at 6 am and provided outstanding and dedicated staff to help assist in the food and decor set up and maintenance but also supported my other vendors so well. He was there the whole time to help with setup but also delegated some of the assistance to his staff, who were all very dedicated, helpful, and kind!

Rishtta provided all the drinks, which included delicious spiced chaas, masala chai, and mango lassi. All food and drinks were refilled throughout the 6-hour event and no guest went without these delicious refreshments. Rishtta also provided a live chaat station, which I highly highly recommend for your next event. It included fresh pani puris, aloo tikki chaat, and samosa chaat. Nothing was too spicy and my guests loved it! His servers helped cut my tiered cake and served it so perfectly.
