“Everything, EVERYTHING they make is so wonderful. The salads are creative, use lots of seasonal ingredients. The pasta is wonderful. Gnocchi Vodka...OMG. The meatball, braised short ribs, sausage is truly special. We seldom go out but when we go there, the atmosphere and service are great. We mostly order to pickup. Never had a problem. Well worth the extra bucks compared to other Italian restaurants nearby. Go there or order pickup! No disappointment!”

“Chive is an incredible spot in our community. The chocolate chip pancakes are a favorite, the breakfast burrito was flavorful and the french toast was perfect. The new owners are not only friendly and generous, but also truly committed to giving back locally. Wonderful food, warm service, and a very kid-friendly environment. We love it there!”

“This was second time having dinner here in ten years! I can't remember what I had in 2015, but on Friday I had the Bronzino and my husband had the Filet Mignon. We also shared the gnocchi as an appetizer. The food was made to perfection. I don't know how the chef does it. My Bronzino was very buttery peeling away from the skin and the peppers that accompanied were seasoned so well. I wish we could have date night here every month but the gnocchi appetizer portion was too small for the price and we were charged $8 for one bottle of sparkling water. Also would be nice if there were more entrees to choose from. This particular evening had only 1-2 non seafood options. We had a reservation and still had to wait 20-30 minutes for our table as well.”

“I visited Jess's Juice Bar yesterday and have been a regular here for awhile. It’s truly the only authentic juice bar I’ve found in the area. They offer a fantastic selection, and everything is always fresh. We tried a green juice, soups, which were clearly homemade and delicious. My daughter had the chocolate banana and peanut butter smoothie, which was creamy and delicious! We also enjoyed a sandwich that was fresh and delicious + GLUTEN FREE! I wish they were closer to us, but we’re more than happy to make the drive to Lambertville for quality food!”

“We had an exceptionally wonderful dinner at Sisao last evening! Chef Brian out did himself once again!! We started with scallop gnocchi and octopus Provencal as appetizers. Both were to die for, melt in your mouth delicious. The scallop gnocchi were light as a feather, served in a wonderful light cream sauce with thinly sliced wild mushrooms. The braised octopus Provencal was fork tender in a light, perfectly seasoned tomato sauce with onion, garlic, capers, black olives and Israeli couscous. Focaccia bread came in handy to make sure the sauces were completely wiped off of our plates. We both had sea bass as entrees. Chef Brian has such a special touch with seafood. His sauces are flavorful and delicate. I love the buttered croutons served on the fish! Entrees were served with risotto (al dente perfection) and wonderful roasted vegetables. Pot de creme, and banana foster for dessert...so delicious! Patricia, our server was amazing! Welcoming, attentive, and so friendly! The dining room is beautifully appointed. Put Sisao on your must go restaurant list!!!”

“Fortunate, we are, to have this bakery in Lambertville. Everything we have tasted is superb and the atmosphere is warm and inviting, with limited seating. We almost always run into a friend or two, coming or going.We have enjoyed speaking with Ellen on numerous occasions and she epitomizes the perfect person to represent an establishment in the absence of the owner/head baker.At our last visit, Ellen suggested the Deviled Egg spread on a bagel (versus sour dough) which was like none we’ve ever before tasted. “Dine here. Nice setting, but the main dining room in which we were seated is crowded and moderately noisy. It is a tight squeeze between tables; and especially in the winter with folks wearing heavy coats/large jackets, we had to be mindful of folks not knocking off our wine bottle or glasses filled with wine or water. A bit tricky all of that. The service was very good and attentive. I had the burger with half salad. The burger was cooked properly, moist, and well attired with the fixings requested. My wife had cod filet, a bone in the first bite. Good it was not me, I would have stopped eating immediately. Other than that, the fish was well prepared. The wine selection is small, luckily, with a good selection of varietals, blends and price points. The selections pair well with the menu choices. We will return.”

“My sister and I visited Lambertville and next to our parking space was this restaurant. We decided to stop for lunch. We are Puertorricans and it’s always good to find somebody who speak your language. The waiter was very friendly and attentive. Since we were going to be walking around we had quesadillas with “carne asada”, delicious! The ambiance was very nice, with traditional Mexican decorations and music too. Very clean in all aspects. We highly recommend this place.”

“If you're looking for a very lovely hole-in-the-wall Chinese restaurant, Panda Bistro is a very nice secluded lunch destination. There is in-door seating with about 5 seats. The food is a pretty solid B+ which is pretty good for what the restaurant is. Plenty of parking and it's generally pretty quiet in the restaurant.

Parking: They share a parking lot with a CVS, plenty of free parking.”
