“I’m really surprised that this location has so many bad reviews. I’ve seen people complain about being cut off from standing in line an hour before close. I think it’s important to note that, with an HOUR wait time in line, the staff shouldn’t have to stay past close to service you. Cutting the line off an hour before close enables them to get through the rest of the line by closing time and to go home at a decent time.

Everyone wants to try a piece of Crumbl. Considering the hype and the high-density population of Cherry Hill and the surrounding area, it should come as no surprise that this place has long lines and wait times.
This is the only location in South Jersey, so if you can deal with waiting, you’re in for a treat.

I came here for their soft opening and almost every week since then. The owner and staff are kind and make an efficient team. The cookies are well-made and of great quality. It’s always really fun finding out what the new flavors of cookies are every week and taking a 6-pack home to share and rate with my family.

I do wish that they had a better system for letting folks in the line know about certain flavors being out of stock. That’s my only note about improvement“

“I normally recommend this place. Normally all the desserts I get so not disappoint. This past visit, I ordered the galaxy brownie cookie and the cookies and cream cheesecake that I’ve been looking forward too for a year. The cheesecake has good flavor but over baked so it’s gummy and chewy and not silky and smooth.“

“This place is truly a hidden gem in Cherry Hill! The desserts were absolutely delicious, and the atmosphere was so relaxing and welcoming. What stood out the most was the amazing staff—they were friendly, attentive, and checked on us several times to make sure we had everything we needed.

It’s rare to find a spot with great desserts and such genuine hospitality. If you’re looking for a cozy place to satisfy your sweet tooth, this is it. We’ll definitely be back!

“Popped in for the first time ever after searching for a local bakery to grab something for a last minute Galentines treat and was not disappointed. Pickle dip, a best of 2025 box, and some crackballs. Everything was heavenly and SO fresh. Will think of this place first for every event from now on!“

“We went after a show at the theater. It was very busy, but we were at the register in under 5 minutes. The staff working today (5:30pm) were all so friendly, and kept the line moving efficiently. My daughter loved her ice cream!“
