“My husband and I stopped at Eastern Sushi on our way back to the city from Atlantic City—and wow, we were seriously impressed. I had the Golden Salmon Roll (swapped the tobiko for masago) and it was super fresh with really high-quality fish. My husband got the hibachi scallops, which came out piping hot and perfectly cooked. Honestly, the food here is better than some spots we’ve tried in Manhattan. The restaurant itself isn’t fancy, but it’s very clean and the service was great. “First time going here and it was great our Hibachi grill guy was fun. As for food , salad and dressing tased fresh and dressing was delicious , miso soup was very good , fried rice and vegetables extremely tasty really enjoyed them and we enjoyed our steak. Of course icing on cake is it’s a byob!

I liked it better than sushi that cost 3x as much, everything was really fresh and the special rolls were really creative combinations, we had the Krusty Krab roll and the Black Angel Roll and were blown away. The fried rice had a really great flavor too, a sign of a great chef to make fried rice memorable!! “Tough to go wrong here. Not the best you can get but definitely the best you can get for the money. Parking lot is awkward. Wouldn't even try to park next to the restaurant. Go behind the next cluster of stores next to it. Half priced sushi from open to close. I will not say a bad thing about the sushi vs the cost. Also got gyoza-couldve been a little crispier. 4 items including 2 spicy crab rolls for less than $25. Tough to beat“

“Food is good. We ordered 2 different sushi and chicken katsu. One of the sushi was served raw (as most sushi are) and I can't eat them cause I am BF-ing my baby. We told the staff and they cooked them for us. Good food and descent price. The atmosphere is good and quiet for a date night with my husband.“

“In town for an event, 8 of us went out for dinner. Everything was so delicious, the 3 of us still in town the next day went back the next night for round two.I personally enjoyed the Red Curry Chicken and Beef Pad Thai. Especially of note is their General Tso's Chicken which was ordered both nights, as it is mostly chicken, not cheap breading like a lot of other places. The Shrimp Shumi were also reordered on day two. The prices were completely reasonable as well. I would 100% return to this restaurant for round three.

Parking: Parking was easy as not a lot of people were there when we were, however I could see it getting crowded when busy.

“Despite growing up in Little Silver and passing Kissui for almost two decades, I recently decided to try it for the first time. While the interior is somewhat lackluster, the food itself was a treat. The clear soup and gyoza were incredible, and the sushi rolls were fresh and prepared well. Furthermore, the prices were reasonable, which is extremely refreshing during this administration. The restaurant was completely empty during dinner, though, which was somewhat sad to see. On the heels of the disappointing change of ownership at Little Szechuan "GoGo" (still cannot believe that is the name) - this may be my new standby for oriental cuisine in Little Silver.“

“Solid choice for hibachi and sushi. Food is seasoned well and not over powered with garlic or soy. We also enjoy that you get rice and noodles. Meat is always cooked well nothing was over cooked. The portions are a little on the smaller size however you do soup, salad, rice, veggies and noodles with your meat so it does make sense given all you get. Prices are also good for everything you are given.“

“Great food and prices. Only problem place had 2 tables with 2 people and I asked if we could sit closer to window. Place was dark. I am 85 and needed light. Man said no. Tables were reserved. Ok .nobody came at tables by window for 1/2 hour. Except 2 people. Bad customer service. Sorry.“

“Osaka is a classic! I recommend really any of the hand rolls, but my favorites are the spider roll, sweet potato roll, any of the vegetarian rolls, the eel roll is good too! The edamame is a must on the side, and their lo mein + fried rice is really good too. I have only gotten take-out but have always been really satisfied with the freshness + flavor + everything I have eaten here!“

“We have been ordering from here for over a year now, after trying so many places around here this one hit all of things I look for in a Chinese take out place. The food is delicious EVERY time. We have ordered so maby things...its all good. They actually have their own delivery drivers, which is rare nowadays, they are very accomodàting with regards to special requests and substitutions. They are also very REASONABLY PRICED for this area. Lastly, their complimentary fried noodles are not those thin generic ones. I think they make their own and they are very good. 🙂“

I ate up every delicious tender bite! My husband also finished his plate of Beef w Chinese vegetables, and liked his cup of hot and sour soup. Everyone liked their lunch choices, and two of us asked to pack up the remainder - some orange chicken, and chicken w cashew nuts.“
