“Very cute place in Linden. They have all types of subs hot and cold. Kinda pricey for a sub. But it was good. Definitely things I can make at home. I had the hot pastrami and cheese on a toasted roll. They use convection ovens to heat up food. It kind of changes the taste a tad bit. Overall good food customer ans atmosphere.“

“Ahh the old folks are back!! I just went back after a while and saw that our Big Blues is now back under the old ownership. The food is just like it used to be at the old location. I tried the 6 inch veggie sandwich. It came fully loaded with fresh veggies and special sauces. Each bite was filled with surprising flavours.

I had reviewed the menu and had come up with a figure of $300.00, which by my calculations would provide enough subs, salads and sides for all involved. Probably with some left over. Joe the owner and his employee Desire questioned me about the number of people I wished to serve, and at that point told me that I was ordering too much food! Upon Joe's advice, I ordered a menu which came to a final total of $215.00! Everything was delicious, and there was some left over, just as Joe supposed there would be. Zack serves as a mainspring does in an old fashioned watch and keeps everything working perfectly. Zack is a very kind human being with a big heart, the size of a 6 foot sub.
