Nice and clean and a big sitting area then most stores. The atmosphere was definitely different from other stores for sure because of the way the store is set up. Bathroom are in the front of the building and not by the kitchen. Unique loved it and we can't wait to come back again.“

It all began at the ordering speaker with Nyelle. Her energy and customer service were so good, she made me want to order everything on the menu! She greeted me warmly and made sure my entire order was correct before I pulled forward.

At the payment window, I met Aaron, who was just as friendly and professional. When I complimented Nyelle’s service, he happily told me I would see her at the next window. He was genuinely excited to hear the positive feedback, not just about her, but about himself too, which shows they truly care about their work.

“This is Rocco's ! What's there to say ? As always nothing short of fast friendly and deliciously fabulous. Over 50 years family business. What's there to say besides fast, friendly and caring community icons. It's Rocco's steaks delicious fresh high quality and the Italian Hoagie is the absolute best I have ever had.( Well, actually have had repeatedly over and over and delicious every time ) I just cannot bring myself to get one from anywhere else. High quality fresh meats made correctly. They also serve many other foods and breakfast items at good prices. A popular neighborhood staple but if you don't live in the direct area definitely worth a little ride for take out. ♥️ They are take out and delivery but they do have a small counter seating and both that many like to frequent.“

“On my first trip to this place, I was blown away by how friendly and helpful the staff was. They always had a smile on their face and were super quick to get my order ready. The burgers are never greasy. My favorite meal is the lettuce wrapped bacon cheeseburger. I like the bun-less option. I highly recommend this store!“

“I live in Philly, and I'll most likely start coming to this location from now on. Food was great, friendly service, and clean. Relaxing also~ came here around 6pm on a Friday and we were the only ones dining in. Best part is Rita's is right down the road for dessert.

“Today was the first time I’ve ever had a bad experience at this CFA, I ordered a Kids Meal, Small Soup, bag of Ice and another drink. It took 1/2 hour for me to get my food. And, it’s not even busy(shocking, I know)! While, I’m sure the employee is new, he gave me an attitude because I called to tell them I had been waiting. I’m disappointed… it was the nonchalant attitude from the person who took the call to the server. 😞“

There was an employee by the name of Anthony (AJ) who assisted me with a high chair without hesitation not only did he give directions but he actually came around from what he was doing to grab one for me. He kindly asked if he could sweep the other side and noted that we were able to stay as long as we needed no rush. The small question has such a big impact on someone when dining in with little ones. AJ not only was kind and considerate but made conversation with the family. This employee went above and beyond his job duties and role. I would truly return just to say hi and grab a bite to eat.

“Our family enjoys Chick Fil A, especially when traveling. We were in the Cherry Hill area for some shopping and chose to stop here for lunch and it did not disappoint. We want to especially compliment Joshua, who went far above and beyond to ensure the peppermint shake was safe for our teenager who has Celiac. He went to a separate machine to check the nutrition label and even printed out a list of ingredients for review. He was the traditional kind of person we expect at Chick Fil A, but then truly went above making his service exceptional. We'll done!“

“What more can I say about this establishment. I was blessed to be in the presence of the owner and daughter of this reputable Italian restaurant. When I arrived to the place, I didn't think much of it. I thought it was just another place to buy a cheesesteak. But oh no, was I caught off guard and was very surprised.

I was greeted very well by both, Mr. Vito(aka. "Bert" as everyone calls him) and his daughter. I went to the easy-to-read menu board and ordered a cheesesteak with fries. While I was waiting on my food, I started talking to Mr. Vito (who doesn't like to be called mister) and his daughter and the stories he told me were amazing.

I love the father and daughter interaction while he was telling me his story, and I love how his daughter was backing up his stories. Mr. Vito explained to me about his cooking methods and how he preps for the day, and while I was waiting on my food to be prepared, Mr. Vito showed me the way he cooks.

His daughter is a real salesman, she introduced me to her father's newest creation, "The Vegi Chicken Burger." It's made from real chicken where he pulls out all the fat and other parts of the chicken.

Anyway, I ordered the Vegi Chicken Burger and it was so good. This chicken burger is not a regular chicken patty that you get from some grocery store or food warehouse, this chicken burger is made in house and it's a perfectly thick portion of a patty.

If you need to change how you eat and want food that will not raise your blood pressure, (Vito told me that he does not add seasonings to his food but will add seasoning upon request) then I suggest you come down to Bert's Steak & Sub House, a real and authentic Italian Restaurant.“

“I went here because I heard they had decent gluten free rolls. But having a long day, I forgot to ask for the gluten free for my husband until it was all made. They saw the look on my face when I realized MY mistake and jumped to it said no problem and remade the sandwich with new gloves and utensils so there would be no cross contamination. Everyone was super friendly from the moment I walked in. Our sandwiches was delicious and my husband was so happy to actually get a real sub and not worry about getting sick.“

I recommend the pork roll and cheese sandwich, fries and a Black Cow root beer float or the Black And White shake. Today I had a plain hot dog with yellow mustard and fries. Just Right!!! The burgers, cheesesteaks and chicken tenders, all good. The service was super fast and the food was just right.
