PJ's Coffee is a delightful spot to relax and enjoy a great cup of coffee. Their Beignets with White Chocolate Dipping Sauce are a must-try, with flaky, deep-fried pockets of goodness. The coffee is always fresh and rich, and the service is quick and friendly. The store is clean and has a cozy atmosphere, making it a great place to unwind.
The coffee shop is truly a gem, with top-notch customer service and an owner, Wayne, who is friendly and knowledgeable. The coffee is fantastic, not bitter, and the interior is cute and super clean, providing a calm atmosphere. The coffee and beignets are excellent, with the beignets made fresh and scrumptious.
Located in the front of the cornerstone commerce center across from mainland high-school track and field, PJ's Coffee is a unique place to get a beverage, from regular black coffee to the southern charm chicory cold brew, which is surprisingly delicious. Customers won't be disappointed, and if they have never had a beignet, they definitely want to try these!
