I made a Uber eats order and they made a delivery and missing items and I totally understand that mistakes happen yet the lady on the phone told me to pick up the missing items. If I was able to pick the order I would never had paid for Uber eats and the lady attitude was extremely disrespectful and rude and said that she was not going to deliver the missing items and I said that I was going to report it to Uber eats and she said go ahead and hung up on me.
