Asked Grace at the register questions and she replied with detailed description, was very helpful and friendly. They also provide a punch card for the visits for a reward and offer Monmouth University students a discount. Good cuisine and amazing customer service. “Stopped by the newly opened Gigi’s in Long Branch on my way to the beach. First off, loved that they have a parking lot which didn’t stress me about finding a spot cause I was going to have that adventure when I headed to the beach. I ordered the grandma’s pie and garlic knots! The grandma’s pie had pesto on it and I am a s***** for pesto!! Love the crust style being crispy. Hands down the best garlic knots I ever had! Don’t sleep on this place. It’s 3 blocks from the beach, easy parking and they deliver. I look forward to some pasta dishes on my next visit! Other key likes of mine was the aesthetic, it’s beautiful Inside but decorated to make you feel outside. I was very impressed with the kid friendly atmosphere of the chalkboard wall, beanbag seats and they even have juice boxes on hand for the kiddos. They also accommodate our tweens and teens with a pizza wing mural for their insta! They really thought of everything. The whole staff were so accommodating and genuine. Thank you Tommy and Faye for a great experience.”

I knew the moment I tasted the sauce that came with the delicious Calzone that everything was going to be great. It was fresh and delicious.

We went for lunch , our server was the only one there. I guess someone called out sick. She was extreamly pleasant and was hustling to keep everyone happy.
The food was okay. I ordered what was supposed to be a chance sandwich.
The chef needs to go to Hudson County to find out what it should look and taste like. But his sandwich was definitely edible.
The hot chocolate looked amazing, but not that great. Now there tea and coffee you could sit there for hours sipping away while watching the waves

Will definitely be going back.”

“I order doordash from this location every morning and they're great! The one thing I'd like to suggest, instead of sealing the bag you guys put your smoothies in can you put the seal over the straw hole and around the side of the smoothie lid? I had one dasher bring me the smoothie with the bag tore open and told me verbatim "those idiots don't know how to pack right I had to open your bag so the smoothie didn't fall over". I requested a refund from doordash and tossed the smoothie cause he could have done anything with it he wanted. Otherwise I love this place!!!”
