“This place was amazing.

The dough is something special. They let it ferment for 48 hours before baking. That makes it very light and easy to digest. It doesn’t feel heavy at all, and it tastes incredible.

We started with the eggplant stack. It’s basically an eggplant parmesan, just made in a lighter way — baked, not fried. It was fresh, flavorful, and really delicious.

The Caesar salad with salmon was excellent. The vegetables were fresh and crunchy, the Parmesan tasted great, the sourdough croutons were crispy, and the salmon was cooked perfectly.

We also had the harvest salad. It had a light lemon flavor and was seasoned really well. Very tasty.

Then we had the pizza — the mushroom truffle. It was delicious, but the best part was the dough. So light, crispy, and really, really good.

Speaking to the owner, Raymond, is a treat by itself. So very kind and humble, and you can tell he really cares about his craft.

Overall, this place is amazing. Highly recommended.

We spent a total of $138 for tow people and it was worth every penny.

“Got a pepperoni slice and a coke for $6. Slice was pretty big, alot of cheese and a lot of pepperoni which made it too heavy for the crust so I had to fold it. Very greasy but that's from all the pepperoni so id rather it be greasy with a lot of meat then not as much. Definitely will go back“

“Went to Scala's Pizzeria in Long Branch with a friend and it was a great experience. We shared a margherita pizza for only about $17 and also got a rice ball for $3.50, which is really affordable. The pizza was really good, authentic, and crispy, everything tasted fresh out of the oven, and I highly recommend it! The rice ball was decent as well. There's a wide array of menu options available too. The atmosphere is cozy, inviting, and warm, and the service was warm, kind, and friendly. It's also really close to Long Branch beach, making it a convenient and affordable spot to grab lunch on a beach day!“

“Stopped by the newly opened Gigi’s in Long Branch on my way to the beach. First off, loved that they have a parking lot which didn’t stress me about finding a spot cause I was going to have that adventure when I headed to the beach. I ordered the grandma’s pie and garlic knots! The grandma’s pie had pesto on it and I am a s***** for pesto!! Love the crust style being crispy. Hands down the best garlic knots I ever had! Don’t sleep on this place. It’s 3 blocks from the beach, easy parking and they deliver. I look forward to some pasta dishes on my next visit! Other key likes of mine was the aesthetic, it’s beautiful Inside but decorated to make you feel outside. I was very impressed with the kid friendly atmosphere of the chalkboard wall, beanbag seats and they even have juice boxes on hand for the kiddos. They also accommodate our tweens and teens with a pizza wing mural for their insta! They really thought of everything. The whole staff were so accommodating and genuine. “I order from Nunzio’s at least twice a month. It’s always fresh, in large amount, and just as good as the last time! I went in for pickup once and everyone was so kind and the kitchen was very clean. Today, uber forgot an item and they personally drove to my house in a flash! I love it there!“

1 week after I would pay $14.70 and the following week I paid $14.70. Yesterday I went there and they charge me $16.00 for the same plate I always get. I question the price and the girl claim the price went up all of a sudden. Food is good and all. But to charge me a different price every week when I show up is crazy. You lost me as a customer.
