“I've never had pizza that tasted like it did ever before. It was almost novel at first, the sweetness of the pie. But as I kept eating, the bites got better and better. Our large pie was finished in about 10 minutes, maybe less! And the shrimp cocktail was on point too. Was easy to get a seat at the Lima bean shaped bar. It was fun to sit like that. “My wife found this spot and it was fantastic. We tried the Detroit style pizza with salami, honey, basil and sauce and it was amazing. The best pizza I ever had. The service was great as well, we had a nice waitress who was very helpful in choosing a pie. Atmosphere was pretty cool for a pizzeria with funny signs and nice people. Only thing is that it’s a little tight and you may be sitting very next to people where you can easily overhear conversations. “Romeo’s is part of the family. Back during covid one of our sons worked for them (full disclosure)and they treated him well. They also take super good care of us when we are back from a long trip and don’t feel like cooking or it’s a baseball night and we can’t even. Everything is yummy, sometimes they sneak in some garlic knots which is like very sweet of them. We have had pizza, sandwiches, dinners and it’s all fab. There’s other places to go for pizza- but don’t go there - always come here“

Everyone is friendly from the moment you walk in, happy and friendly server, our food was great! The wings are unique, I never had them this way, looks like they were rubbed then baked, delicious bold flavor! My wife ordered the lobster bisque, it was one of the best bisques we had so far! The server recommended the focaccia bread, it was freshly made and served with marinara side and olive oil side, calamari were good, the only complaint was that it need another 30 seconds in the frier, they felt little raw when eating them. We got cali burger which was great, juicy and tasty! I order the chicken sandwich also very tasty and delicious! Bulgogi tacos are amazing!!! “My wife and I are absolutely obsessed with Porta. We had our wedding here back in November and I'm just now realizing that I never wrote a review! Wedding Setup: The event coordinators did a fantastic job setting up for our guests. Everything was BEAUTIFUL and the flowers matched our color scheme perfectly. We loved the disco ball ceiling and our photographer got some amazing shots of us on the dance floor. One his photos of us under the disco balls just won an award!!! On top of booking Porta as our venue, we utilized their services for: - table florals - arch -archway florals -linens & candles I would 1000000% recommend using Porta to supply all of that decor. It made our lives so much easier not having to worry about supplying all of these items on top of what we already needed to bring. They were also beautiful! Food: Our guests could not stop raving about the food at our wedding. We wanted something non-traditional where people would really enjoy the food. The appetizers were phenomenal and of course so were all the mains. All of the dinner was served family style which our guests loved as well. We added the seafood station onto our package and that was the highlight of the night. Our family couldn't stop talking about how much they loved having crab legs and oysters. Service: Amazing service. The wedding coordinators were constantly checking up on my wife and I the entire night to make sure we had everything that we needed. Huge shoutout to Elizabeth and Peyton for keeping everything running smoothly. We also forgot the champagne for our photos and Elizabeth made sure to get it to our photographer. She also offered to bring a rental back to a local business from our dessert table because she knew they were closed for the next 3 days and we didn't live near by. She's a rockstar. Our sweetheart table was stocked with food and drinks all night. Value: Weddings are expensive. We felt that we got an amazing value for the price we paid at Porta. From food, to decor, to the drinks package, I would do this all again and not change a thing. All of the leftover food was packaged up at the end of the night and put on a table by the exit so guests were grabbing pizzas, pastas, and desserts on their way out. This was a huge plus for us as we felt we truly got our moneys worth and nothing went to waste. Thank you to Chandler, Elizabeth, Payton and the Porta team for providing us with the most memorable, beautiful and fun day. “The food at Via Sposito does not disappoint. Everything we had was delicious. We ordered fried calamari and rice balls for appetizers- both were delicious. There were 4 of us and we ordered 2 chicken parm dinners and two linguine and white clams sauce. All the dinners were great. The clams were nice and large. The one complaint that we have about this restaurant is that it is very loud. The acoustics are not good and they had music piped in that was too loud. It makes it difficult to have a conversation at the table without screaming at each other. It is the one reason we don't go here more often.“

“TJ’s has been a local staple for me for some time now. One of the few places willing to deliver to Belmar from Asbury , we take advantage of this frequently. The transaction is made smooth as the delivery drivers even carry a square card reader on them to accept credit cards at your door step.The one time I had an issue with the food , they resolved it immediately. A pie we ordered had not had time to cool and slid apart in the box. They profusely apologized and had a new pie on the way in no time. Way to go TJ’s.“
