“I never really have anything bad to say about Top's, whether it's dine in or take out. They deliver! Prices did go up, but hey, everything else around did, too. I gave a 4 star bc
I was waiting for a call to come back in to pick up my order, but the lady said they had the wrong phone number.
Then I had the wrong item for one of my selections, but it wasn't anything to go crazy over. Hiccups happen, but I hope to pick up service and don't decline in quality. Bc one day, we were sick, ordered through Uber, and it was garbage in all sorts of ways. I live in pa, and on my way from work, I do pick ups and almost always no disappointment.
I wish they open up in pa where I am. I'm sure they will thrive! Other restaurant owners came down from the area, lol

Parking: It's so packed on Sundays that no parking may have to find parking on the street, but many spots it's a very popular spot.“

“It looks like a greasy spoon sort of diner cafe. A neighborhood place. The meatloaf was good. The iced coffee was ok. The service was impeccable. It looks a little rundown but you don't go there for ambiance. I will return to try something else.“

“Had breakfast there twice. Once solo and the next time with my wife. Consecutive Tuesdays. Just there this morning, after the golf range at Chelsea Piers. It's a combination of Greek and Mexican specialties. I have sampled the eggs overeasy with corned beef and this time had three poached eggs with fresh tomato and feta, home fries and coffee. All wonderful. My wife had fried eggs with ham on top of grilled taco. She loved it. This is a top notch diner with excellent service.“

“We were in NY for a week. So thankful we happened upon this diner! We had brunch there 2 days, and drinks before a play. The food was amazing, as were the drinks, but the best part was the staff!! “Delicious food and very nice service from Rebecca. I had a party of 6, with some vegetarians, and someone who had to eat something gentle on the stomach. We sat at the bar and our server, Rebecca, was super nice, attentive, bilingual (which was helpful for our group), and gave great food recommendations.

I ordered the braised short rib 5/5 would order again in a heartbeat, especially for the price. Comes with brasato sauce a lemon vinaigrette, perfect for cutting the richness. Some of our party ordered veggie burgers, others ordered chicken noodle soup. I also ordered a mocha.

Definitely eat here if you’re in the area and in the mood for comfort food this winter!“

“What a great and convenient place to have lunch or breakfast. I truly enjoy the sandwiches and soups. My favorite is beef barley on Tuesdays. “Delicious food and authentic NJ diner experience at Seaport Diner!! I got the Reuben sandwich with fries, it was huge and had amazing flavor - the corned beef was tender, the cheese melty, rye bread was toasty, and the sauerkraut with Russian dressing made it perfect. Plus it was open face, a really unique touch, served with crunchy pickles, sauerkraut and yummy fries. A feast for sure! My family for sunny side eggs (perfectly cooked) with crispy bacon and pancakes. They were super happy, said it was delicious. The location is perfect for a meal near Newark airport. The service was great, food was served nice and hot, place was clean. And you get that cool New Jersey diner vibe with leather booths and cool bar seating. I definitely recommend Seaport Diner - we will be back!!“

As far as chicken n Waffles d*** fuk unless u specify fried chicken and waffles, u will get tenders as for the gravy stupid for ur chicken, ur supposed to use syrup with this plate. If you did get fried chicken the cost would go up, duhh let me guess u would b**** about that to. Unless u no how a dish is served u should not complain because u sound like a fukn d*** a** who doesn't have a clue about dining out.. you wud be the type to go to a classy astablishment and say wats all the forks and spoons for by one plate.. ask before u comment and make a a** out of urself“

However, even with loads of gravy (they gave me a bowl full) and with a mild stuffing, I felt it was a little bland. Good for people on a low-salt diet? I needed to add a lot of pepper and some salt. I still would have liked a more savory taste. Nevertheless, the portion was big and the "side salad" was more like a mini salad entree. Take a look at the pictures. Wait staff was very nice. Lots of people there on a Sunday morning, so you may have to wait. Price is slightly high, but then everything is compared to a few years ago. BUT I'd rather pay more for this kind of quality. I will go back when I am in the area again.“
