About State Line Diner

The State Line Diner is a classic establishment with a wide-ranging menu. Customers appreciate the tasty food, including the phenomenal pancakes and burgers, but have noted that service can be slow at times. The diner is known for its friendly staff, who go the extra mile to assist customers. However, some customers have expressed concerns about the preparation of the cornbeef hash omelet. Overall, most agree that it's a can't-miss place for a dining experience.

The bakery goods are a highlight, with customers raving about the pastries. The chicken and waffles are also praised as top-notch. The diner offers a variety of menu items, including a plate-filling beautiful omelet that one customer was very happy with.

While the food is generally well-received, some customers have experienced issues with the service. Slow service, dirty plates, and a loud, talkative waitress have been noted. Additionally, the avocado in the salad was not ripe, and the dressing for the chicken avocado salad was too sweet.

Despite these occasional challenges, the State Line Diner remains a convenient and popular spot, especially for those traveling along Route 17 North. The diner offers ample free parking, and the food is generally delicious and well-prepared. The staff is also praised for their attentiveness and friendliness.
