“This Dunkin is very spacious inside. I was traveling with my family and was in the area, looking for a comfortable place to be able to sit down and get some work done. They have multiple styles of chairs and tables to sit or work at. The seating was comfy and they provide free wifi. I was able to enjoy my tea and chocolate glazed donut, along with my book while my husband and sister did their zoom meetings. It was very clean and the staff was nice. Even though there was light music playing, it was still pretty quiet. This was exactly what we were looking for and was perfect for our needs.“

They remember customer names and orders, super friendly and always show up to the window with a smile. They push out your breakfast fast, keeping the drive thru moving along in the morning. “My grandchildren love this place so my son took us at there at 5 minutes before closing at 5 pm. They were nice enough to let us in. We got Bavarian Cream and Chocolates S’mores. Delicious!! Very unique and tasty donuts with friendly and smiling staff. My grandchildren have great taste!!“

“Im one of the managers at bakers next door. I don’t usually go to this one because its past my work. But two other places on my way in didnt have many donut selections.. this place was beautifully decorated for Christmas, had cute Christmas things you can buy, and a great variety of everything! While waiting, i even saw the owner checking the supply of donuts! Greatly ran!!“

“I love this dunkin so much, they always get my coffee order perfect. It's always the right color, and the ratios are perfect. Staff is always super friendly, and it's always clean inside. I never have to wait long for my coffee either. I travel from Bayonne to Freehold for work and I will wait till I reach freehold to get my coffee.“

“Hands down this has to be the best dunkin location in the Howell-Freehold area. The donuts and munchkins here are the freshest of any dunkin location I go to. This location also has Apple Spice donuts which I can't find anywhere in Howell, only at the freehold locations.“

“I’m only doing 4 stars because I went there and the young girl there now is very rude she don’t speak she kept going to the back and I was trying order I was the only one there waiting the older lady was doing online orders so she was busy I come here all the time and this time my sandwich was burnt and my hashbrowns was burnt to but the older lady did apologize I like when the man is there he have it running very well and he don’t burn my food“

“Having coffee and working on laptop. Gentleman comes in, orders and inappropriately starts complaining it wasn’t right. The young lady offered every option to help him. She was genuine, professional and really tried everything but he wouldn’t hear any of her solutions. Funny thing is it seemed like it WAS what he ordered. He oddly walked in and out a few times making the situation worse, finally leaving. Had it escalated beyond his complaints, I would have intervened. Fortunately it didnt come to that. Especially on Sept 11. Be happy and be proud- not a whiney PITA. Bravo to the staff for their courteous and customer dedicated demeanor.“

“This is only Dunkin I prefer to go. Staff is friendly, and make the food right. I mean it’s sandwiches, how can anyone screw up making a sausage egg n cheese. The ladies behind the counter always provide some munchkins to my daughter. I avoid ordering thru the app coz they all mess up the order everywhere. “We ordered on the app and came in pretty quickly to pick up the mobile order. They were quick to greet us and informed us that our order wasn't ready yet...because they were making our donuts!! They were sadly out of vanilla cream donuts but they filled a couple donuts especially for us. They were so nice about making sure we had everything we ordered!“
