“I ordered food, via Uber eats, and received only half the order. Uber refused to refund and told me “this order is ineligible for a refund”. I called the restaurant itself, and spoke to a very nice gentleman who told me he would take care of the problem, and that someone would call me back. I received a call back within 5 minutes and another nice gentleman told me I would receive the missing items within 15 minutes. Incredible customer service!!!The food was incredible, too!“

The menu alone is reason to, but it's just not comfortable. Too much hookah art LOL.“

“Nice spot in downtown Toms River. Really nice staff, extensive menu with good variety, and in our four visits, have not had one dish we didn't enjoy. Quickly becoming our go to spot to stop in for a nice meal or get take out.Parking: Depending on time of visit, local street parking can be somewhat difficult“

“Considering how many people have said nothing but good things about this cafe, I’m happy to join the club! Haven’t personally come in yet but we ordered through door dash and the food was phenomenal ? Got a: Cappuccino, Iced Shelly Special, Pork Roll Breakfast Sandwich, and the Grilled Cheese. Not to mention, they have a variety of different options and even poke bowls! So delicious and the coffee is smooth and not bitter tasting like other cafes make (coming from someone who always masks coffee with tons of sugar lol). “Great kosher place to have breakfast, brunch, lunch, or even a light dinner. They have a tremendous variety of options and this place is extremely well run. When they run out of something. They immediately update the computer system so you can't order it. “Every Saturday morning I order 1 1/2 dozen for Sunday ! I bring them to my church for our after service fellowship...We love JT's! There's not a bagel that compares! Awesome flavors, airways soft and fresh! The price is great! And my church family enjoys it time together so much every week!“

“I have been coming there for years, they always go above and beyond to help me and the food has been excellent. Sometimes I get a bagel, sometimes a platter, and even next door I get a healthy acai bowl. The staff is friendly and greets me as I am a regular even though I am only in the area a handful of times per year. My kids love the bagels and ask to make a special trip. It's nice to have fresh food options where these chain places have all this food with tons of preservatives. Highly recommend“
