“I’m blown away. Seemingly nondescript pizza place in a strip mall. The staff is attentive and extremely nice. There’s not an empty seat in the house. About 12 tables all full. Chicken parm sandwich is delicious. Gem of a local spot where I hoped to get a quick bite.

One other thing about the staff is that there are a good number of special needs customers and elderly customers and the staff is accommodating and very sweet to all of them.“

Our dinner was a creative journey that the chef took us on. We had the Sunday prefixed 4 course dinner in which each course was a delicate and flavorful experience. Nalini our waitress was a pure joy- knowledgeable, funny, attentive without interfering with our experience. She described each course like she was describing a work of art. This price includes an app, main, and dessert - anything on the menu. The service here is outstanding. The food is better than anywhere else in town, and for me- the best Italian I have ever had. Dinner for 9 of us took about three hours. To me, this is amazing. There was no rush. They made sure everything was perfect. We were able to relax and enjoy our time. “I used America's Pie as the cater for my in laws 50th wedding anniversary. This place deserves 10 ⭐️. Mechele was great to work with! George the owner packaged our order and packed it so neat and loaded my car. My only regret is not taking pictures of the presentation. Food was delicious; presentation was straight out of a magazine presentation. The price so was reasonable- I almost feel like I robbed them for how good the food was and the price I paid. Easiest process from ordering to pick up. The guest at our party raved about the food. The desserts were so scrumptious everyone went for seconds! There isn't a bad thing I can say about this place-except that we got way too much food! I highly recommend them for your next party! You would be a fool to go anywhere else! Thank you America's Pie! “I’ve eaten here a few times and it’s always been fantastic. Tonight especially so. The setting is obviously unique but the food and service would deliver in any location.

From the second we got off the elevator we were friends. The host welcomed our kids and us (we normally don’t bring our kids to dinner) more naturally than those closest to us. We had a temporary diet restriction and the chef came out and talked us through it and tailored something specific to what we needed.

I work in this industry and spend pretty much all my free time in it too. Places like this are rare sources of both inspiration and aspiration for me.“

“You know it's authentic when most of the patrons are actual indonesian expats.
The food is certainly the strong point. The satay were tender with food peanut sauce.
The grilled fish is a mist try!! Crispy caramelized skin and excellent shrimp-paste chili.
The sauteed bean sprout was fresh, delicious pairing with all the heavy hitters. The weakest link was surprisingly the fried rice, the flavor was not complex enough for Indonesian standards, in my opinion.
But overall the food was excellent.
The restaurant is small but the service is reasonably quick so there's a good turnaround.
Very friendly staff.
Parking is tough, of course because of the location and there's not a lot of parking facilities around. Tight Philly street parking as usual.

“Delicious food, knowledgeable staff, great beer selection. The food comes out so hot and fresh, honestly it is the hottest food I've ever had at a restaurant. Clearly it's not sitting under heat lamps and it's run right away. Tonight I devoured the cheese tortellini, I've had the chicken parmesan 2 times and the Brussel sprouts 2 times. The fish tacos on taco Tuesday were good too (not pictured). It can get loud, but that doesn't deter from the quality of food and service.“

“This place is always packed so i stopped in to check it out. Really glad i did, inside was jumping, waitresses walking quickly from the kitchen to the tables. People sitting at tables and boths eating and smiling. The food was good, not just okay, but really good. I could see why the patking lot was always full. Top notch service too, just a bunch of happy workers greeting customers that appeared to be friends or regulars. What a really nice place. “My favorite Vietnamese restaurant currently because there are so many good options here. Bún bò is a must try. It smells really good and the broth is very well-seasoned. The taste is very different from the bbh at other places. Another must try is bún mắm. Although they only have cabbage and lettuce and not the typical veggie that comes with bún mắm, it is still very good. You get roasted pork, fish, shrimp, and squid. Mì vịt tiềm and hủ tiếu khô are also delicious. The meat in bún chả is tender and well seasoned, but the noodle is not that good, a bit overcooked. Also the bowl is really small so it is hard to eat. Although it is called phở cyclo, but phở here is meh. The wait time can sometimes be long and it's a pretty small place.“
