“I went to check this place out after someone told me their strawberry ice cream is hands down the best they’ve ever had. I went with my son and it was amazing! When I went to Mexico one of my favorite treats was the strawberry ice cream. I really enjoyed to street corn, peanuts (Japanese style peanuts made in Mexico) they have the best crunch — has me hooked!) I love the beautiful bright colors and how clean it is. Antibacterial wipes available which I loved. Staff were very friendly. I’m excited to return and try their water ice & get a pint of the strawberry to take home! 😋 💕“

It’s not just coffee ice cream—it’s an Italian café pressed into a cone.

Then there’s Pistachio—not the artificial neon green kind, but the real-deal roasted pistachio essence. Nutty, rich, and quietly luxurious. It’s like they churned up a Mediterranean summer and handed it to me in a biodegradable cup.

“Frozen Wonders Cafe is a VIBE ❤️ great atmosphere and great staff. I’m sorry Mr. Softy but you need to take a page out of this page book, Milkshake Mondays is my new favorite day of the week. But the Loaded Funnel Cake was something special 💕 all I need to try next is the Gelati and I might have a new go to spot. “I tried this ice cream place with my 5 year old little boy tonight for the first time ever and was excited! My son enjoyed his ice cream, but I was sadly disappointed with having ordered the hot fudge sunday only to receive vanilla soft serve with chocolate syrup and NOT actual HOT FUDGE, which I was expecting on a $6 hot fudge Sunday. 😞. If I wanted chocolate syrup over soft serve, I would have ordered that. I had an infant with me as well and that's WHY I didn't walk all the way back up from my car with two young kids to see if it could be fixed. I'm not sure I will be returning or able to recommend this place to anyone else. I was surprised because I had seen good reviews on this business but for my first time to have this happen, that wasn't impressive or good at all. 👎☹️“

“I’m really surprised that this location has so many bad reviews. I’ve seen people complain about being cut off from standing in line an hour before close. I think it’s important to note that, with an HOUR wait time in line, the staff shouldn’t have to stay past close to service you. Cutting the line off an hour before close enables them to get through the rest of the line by closing time and to go home at a decent time.

Everyone wants to try a piece of Crumbl. Considering the hype and the high-density population of Cherry Hill and the surrounding area, it should come as no surprise that this place has long lines and wait times.
This is the only location in South Jersey, so if you can deal with waiting, you’re in for a treat.

I came here for their soft opening and almost every week since then. The owner and staff are kind and make an efficient team. The cookies are well-made and of great quality. It’s always really fun finding out what the new flavors of cookies are every week and taking a 6-pack home to share and rate with my family.

I do wish that they had a better system for letting folks in the line know about certain flavors being out of stock. That’s my only note about improvement“
