I watched them consistently change gloves between handling different orders, even while preparing 8 different tickets. That alone was enough to sell me on this place. Now, our orders... I had the avocado toast with egg & tomato. It wasn't the best, but it was reasonably priced, and well prepared. My husband had the cinnamon bun waffles... he's a sweets lover, and he was very happy that the waffle wasn't overly crispy. The icing on top was the perfect touch. He also had an iced matcha latte, which was (surprisingly) blended. He loved it! If it wasn't for the rush of customers, he would've gotten another one to take home. I had an iced dirty chai latte--it was the perfect mix of spiced chai and bold coffee. Maybe one of the best that I've tasted.“

“Since last year, Primo has been the love of mine and my sister's lives. From the Cookie Monster, a delicious hard serve flavor, to the Arctic Swirls, Primo Water Ice is always there. There are a plethora of topping choices, let alone types of cones! And while at some parts of the year it may be difficult for them to find work, the employee or employees that is/are there work vigorously, all while serving with a smile on their faces. For example, one time I entered with a large group of 7 or 8 people. One by one, the worker asked us what we wanted and got it to us in a timely matter. Along with this, while Primo's may appear small, there is actually an entire dining room in the back for people to sit and enjoy their delicious water ice or ice cream cones. And let's not forget the very low prices, affordable for most teenagers and adults alike. So with all of these delightful qualities, why wouldn't this seem like paradise? Next time you are craving a sweet treat, I would definitely recommend popping in.“

This place serves Richmond's ice cream, which I think is the best ice cream around. We got our treats right away and the staff was super helpful with helping us navigate the menu (this was our first time going to Rita's). I was very happy with the Green Apple Italian ice with gummy bears. It was a little more melted toward the bottom than I was expecting but it wasn't soupy so it was still good.“

“I came with my grandma and boyfriend last Wednesday, and I was greeted with a smiling face who politely took my order, he was very attentive and he was so polite. This worker was by far the most kind one I have ever seen at any Rita’s location, I believe his name was like Anton or Antonio. “This place is under new management and wow, so many interesting new types of desserts and flavors. I've hade their salted caramel and pretzel ice cream which is heavenly. Their mint chocolate chip (and I am very picky) is probably the best I've ever had, because it's creamy and leaves that rich after taste that cheap ice cream doesn't have. My favorite so far is either their avocado fruit bar or their strawberry fruit bar, because they both make me want to cry from being so delicious and short lived!
